We had a wonderful stay! We were here to visit some relatives. The breakfast each morning was great! There was a time in the evening where they accommodated our family to sit at the breakfast area just to visit and were able to order some dinner as if it were room service--that was highly appreciated!
There were lots of conventions going on thru out our stay there so the elevators were often slow. And also I wish that we could spend some time on the loft area but that area is only open in the afternoon and is open for clubbing in the evening.
One thing that I noticed on the first day arriving in the hallways of floor 3 was that there was a scent of cigarette smoke in the hallways. The bedroom was fine. I got used to it after a couple of days.
I love the colonial theme in the hotel. And even though I didn't walk around outside the hotel, I could see plenty of places to eat and a supermarket nearby. And it felt like a safe area.
The pool is not heated, and Bandung is a higher elevation area than Jakarta, the capital city, so the weather is often cooler. We had some fun but it was a little cold if you swim closer to sundown. It's nice though to have the pool in a more private area up on 2nd level.
Breakfast food, again was great! You can invite others to join you for the breakfast, but the outside guests rate is different than guests that area staying in the hotel.
We'd stay here again.

Although there were some renovation on the front, the hotel was a nice stay overall. clean, safe and quiet. Internet was stable and breakfast was great. Hospitality was also wonderful. Truly a Sheraton Quality!

Everything good except the waiting time for the lift is too long, thus they allow guesses to use emergency stairs which mean not the security is not being protected while if we are using lift we have to tap the room key to press the floor button.
In addition the towels looks so dirty need to be replaced

I can never imagine that I can stay at this 5 star standard type of hotel at budget rate. The customer service staff are superb. Even the hotel security guys can help me with the traffic while we were trying to to cross the road. Breakfast is superb! Location is excellent. I okay S$2 to grab to the airport from hotel. Please book this Gem when you visit bandung....

Staff willing to go extra mile. The chef went to prepare mochis for us for breakfast when we realised it wasnt available for one of the day we were still staying.
