Very nice hotel! Very clean, comfortable beds and well appointed rooms! Great breakfast and very nice gathering space with coffee and hot tea available all day!

Please was very clean, plenty of parking. Front desk guy was very chill and very helpful. Room was clean, nice shower. Breakfast was pretty good. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because who I’m assuming is the cook, was just kind of staring at everyone while we were all eating. Made my girlfriend and I a bit uncomfortable. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

A quick family trip and the hotel location and accommodations were just what we needed. The hotel is close to everything yet not right on the main road, which was nice for quiet time. The staff were accommodating, rooms were clean, and was in walking distance to a nice restaurant.

Everything about stay, cleanliness, comfortability are all to the max.
The only thing I wanted to say here is the availability of front desk personnel. This is a 24/7 hotel and I suggest that someone should be at the front desk at all time.
Yesterday, I came at the hotel to sleep at around 11:35pm, the doors are wide open and nobody at the front desk. It’s like walking in and out of any place. Anybody can come at the hotel.

Service was somewhat a problem. It was difficult to reach housekeeping and get the required services then they never showed up. We had to get onto the desk get the required items and make the beds ourselves and take the trash out.

Room not clean when we got there. Dust and finger prints on mirror. Dust behind tv and other places. No extra toilet tissue or kleenex in bathroom. Toilet don't flush properly. Dirty ring in bathtub. Had to clean it before we could take a shower. I have stayed in Holiday Inn before. But never one that was nit up to oar like this one.

It was nice. The sofa bed was hard. But the beds were comfortable.
The gym and pool are small, but good for the price. Open till 10.
The self serve breakfast was pretty good, buffet style. Had a lot of options. Like omelets, bacon, cereal, yogurt and fruit. And juice.
Coffee is always available.
The hotel is clean, bed comfortable, and the service was great.
Working heat and air conditioner.
Not far from the Outlets and some restaurants.

Reception, Breakfast and overall room situation are good. Somebody must had used the bathroom before we arrived. Left unpleasant odor and dirt of the commode. I looked for housekeeping but the young lady doesn't understand English. The old Indian cleaning does not have any lysol or air freshener. The bed spread and pillow cover looks somebody had lied down.

Stayed for one night and was very impressed. Requested early check in and it was no issue. The grounds and surrounding area is very clean and quiet. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Honestly couldn’t find one complaint about the property. Will definitely be back again!

The best place to stay in the Lancaster area! Great location! Fantastic amenities! And an added bonus is that the Fireside Tavern is adjacent to the hotel!

It’s located in the middle of the Amish community. Our room looked out into a huge beautiful open space!!
Check in was easy and the desk clerk was efficient, friendly and kind!!!!

Room was adequate. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were terrible. Breakfast had decent choices, coffee was available 24 hours and alway was good and hot. Front desk lady left sour taste, she needs to learn how to soeak to customers. Rest of staff friendly and helpful.

The room was filthy. The smell is still on my clothes eight hours after leaving the establishment, the floor was sticky the carpet was dirty. There were splatter marks all over the mirror and handprints all over the walls and the bed frames. I mentioned to a staff member that my feet were sticking to the floor and she said not a problem I will handle it and nothing was done.

Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was OK. They had no biscuits nor gravy. The orange juice tasted like it was watered down and the only milk they had was in a gallon jug, no individual cartons like other Holiday Inn express.

We have never had an issue here typically. This was the first time in 3 years we couldn't do early check in - which was okay as the hotel was busy and full with limited staffing. Everyone is always so very nice. What was disappointing was the condition of our bathroom. I understand time is limited to clean a room and we always leave ours better than we found it. Our bathroom had mold in the tub and around the bottom of the outside of the tub. There was tons of dust/dirt caked onto the floor in areas, especially corners and hair left on the floor that wasn't vacuumed up. I don't know if the staff is rushing, or they weren't properly taught how to clean but I'm noticing with this hotel in particular that it's getting worse.

The only negative was the toilet The waste material stuck to the sides of the tank after flushing several times I was hoping the maid would clean it during our stay She did not.
