Our room had a bad odor and hotel couldn’t put us in a different room. Our room was 107 right next to front desk and staff would talk super loud and kept me up at night. My husband ask them to keep their volume down then it got quiet but then they got loud again. Very poor customer service that first night. Next group of staff the next night was better and we got better sleep.

Was clean mostly quiet and offer at least fruit and oatmeal in the price. Very helpful and friendly staff! Thank you!

Stayed here 8 years ago and it's pretty much unchanged

Check in was smooth, and the receptionist was extremely kind and welcoming.

Very comfortable bed and just perfect for our one night stay. Love that there’s a bar open late and breakfast was good. Will make that our go-to hotel in South Bend!

It was great!

Very basic hotel. No breakfast or cleaning on weekends. Receptionist were friendly. Initial checking was a bit akward as receptionist wasn’t too knowledgeable of the process.

The staff was absolutely awesome, except the check out guy. We’re running 20 minutes late for check out, I spoke directly with the housekeeper while we’re in the elevator that we were leaving in 15 to 20 minutes and she told me was fine, she had 3 rooms to clean on the 2nd floor. The guy from downstairs knocked on our door 11:05 AM and my wife spoke with him that we were leaving soon and after that he called to the room 2 more times in less than 15 minutes. We spent 3 night over there and the check in person was great also the hotel manager , the housekeeper was super friendly as well. Just the ##### from check out was rude. The hotel was empty since mostly the guest went to leaving their child at college and everyone was leaving on Sunday. The rudeness of the check out guy was absolutely not necessary specially since we’re not even 20 minutes late. We had a long drive back to Florida and I went to get a oil change in my car and took a little longer than usual, we’re in the hurry to leave since we had 1200 miles to drive back home. I’m giving 5 stars because the hotel and the staff was great, but in the kitchen was a lot things missed, like just 1 coffee mug, not enough silverware for 4 people ( 2 double bed room) and only 2 towels, but as soon we addressed those minor issues, the manager was quick and friendly to fix, she was awesome

The only thing I didn’t like was that the property didn’t supply a breakfast included. I understand that the kitchen is fully equipped in the room for making such things, but there are other hotels who offer free continental breakfast with the same set up (fully equipped kitchen). It would be really convenient for the people who work in the pipeline that stay at your location as well as the others who are staying there on business who don’t have time to cook a breakfast for themselves. Just something to take into consideration. I do like the customer service that was given and that our room wasn’t dirty/no traces of mold. That seems to be something that has been a loss in the hotel industry. You guys are the 2nd out of the many hotels we have stayed at in the past year who I didn’t have to go down and request to switch rooms due to lack of cleanliness. Thank you for your hospitality.

The air In our room was broken. Left yeh hotel 3 times for the air to be fixed to find it was unrepairable. Charged $60.00 for the day we checked out even though we couldn’t stay (yes it wasn’t the entire amount but no fee should have been charged). The room also only has utensils and dishes towels for 2 people. The weight room in a joke. The picture is not where near what the hotel has to offer. Would never recommend staying here.

The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The room was a little run down…just needs some fixing up but the beds are comfortable. Overall it’s a great place to stay and I will stay there again.

The staff was spectacular, but that was about it for the property. The furnishings need updated (water damage or pet damage?). In our room we found no forks, two towels (we reserved for 4 adults), one chair (but room for another or maybe a couch?). Provided shampoos/soaps were empty in shower. But seriously, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful for us.

Had dogs barking constantly during our stay. Management did virtually nothing to alleviate problem. We contacted corporate guest services and they did nothing as well

Great stay!

Chris on nights was wonderful in getting loud visitors to quiet down. Frustrating that it was 3am when we finally got the other guest to go into their rooms and quiet down.

Clean and great people at the desk and very helpful about the area.

One of the better options for the price point... Will definitely stay there again when in that area.

One of the cleanest Hotel.

I booked these rooms months ago for 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. When we arrived they gave us one room configuration that we asked for and the other only could have 1 bed. For 4 grown men traveling together we would’ve never booked had we known they couldn’t give me what I asked for.

Staff was all extremely pleasant and helpful!

I thought the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean as well.

the room was cold when we arrived and the room was very damp. the bed was damp.
