This property has beautiful views of sunset from rooftop bar. There are very nice seafood BBQ restaurants just across the road. When I asked the staff to recommend a nice seafood bbq place, they recommended hotel owner’s cafe. This was just average. There are better ones just across the road. The property is away from central Bali and other happening area.

Our stay at Jimabaran Bay Beach Hotel & Spa was excellent! The facilities were kept well, and the staff were friendly, kind, and helpful. Super-fast walk to Jimbaran Beach (just across the street) for great seafood. This was was a great place to relax for our last few days on Bali!

The beech and food are amazing

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Grounds and room were beautifully maintained. I had slight trouble with my room key, and the view wasn't of the beach. I believe there may need to be updates needed for the website's photos. But overall my stay was great.

The first room i got looked out to a yellow wall. Not ideal. I was ready to move hotels but the staff went over and beyond and put me in a great room. By far the staff made my stay very enjoyable.

This hotel was lovely. Cute pool area with swim up bar. Nice rooms open rooms. Great service and friendly staff. The spa was simple and relaxing. Good food with lots of options at the restaurant. Wonderful sunset views on the roof. Transportation options.

Unfortunately, my stay at this property was abysmal. Let's start with the first room they tried to put us it. It was connected to another room and we could clearly hear the person scrolling through TikTok in the room that was connected. There was no chance of anyone feeling okay sleeping in a room like this. Especially when they are branding it as a "luxury experience" for the same price during this trip we have been able to book Villa style rooms disconnected from anyone. Also, this room had a horrible stench in it like it was a smoking room at one point that someone sprayed air freshener in 10 minutes before we walked in. Luckily they were able to put us in another room that was not connected to another room. We decided to just bite the bullet and go get one of the complimentary free drinks on the roof balcony that we were offered. This is where we learned the free drinks are actually for juices like apple juice, not a cocktail. it would have felt better if they just didn't offer any "free drinks" at all. Oh well, let's at least look at the awesome view on the roof and relax for a moment. NOPE. Someone had reserved the whole area with the view on the roof. that night we learned that it is actually the walls that are incredibly thin. We could hear people all the way down the hall and would wake up every morning clearly hearing any activity in the hall or the room next to us. We decide to stay somewhere else the entire time even though we cant get a refund. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

The room was satisfactory, however I had trouble sleeping with a noisy air conditioner which I couldn’t turn down. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

There are Balinese paintings, but no Balinese connection with the unique Balinese culture . The balinese people are gentle ,very polite and very giving. Coming to Bali is a privilege. You can learn just a few greetings in Balinese and you will be given every help with a beautiful smile and you will belong. This Hotel does nothing to promote or give back to Balinese culture.

I felt the hotel was outdated, the pictures make it look much better than the hotel really is. food was not great.

The place is a little bit from other so you need a cab if you wanna see more of Bali. Ecept of that, the staff is amazing. The Pool is Nice! And if you like other things than seafood just eat at the hotel :)

I was very disappointed. The property needs some work, which I was expecting, but not to this extent. The room was also not clean, and you can hear people next door as well as outside in the temple. The window blinds didn’t close all the way. There was hair all over the bathroom when I came in. Towels are very very old and they don’t even provide a hand towel. I would say this is a 2 star at best now. I’m sure it was much better before but it needed a renovation 10 years ago.

Amazing that the hotel is situated near the beach, but mind you - all prices at the beach are extra touristic. We paid even more for our shrimps here than we would in the Netherlands. It’s not done with hospitality anymore cause you can sense they want to make max profit. Hotel itself, let’s say the room we paid to upgrade to, was to be honest - not worth how much we paid (here or outside Indonesia). It didn’t respresent the room on the pictures and we asked for a desk, got one quite quickly. Please see the picture. The hotel has an amazing 5th floor view. We went up 3 evenings and all evenings we could not enjoy the front row tables because hotelguests from different hotels (part of a tour) would come 3 hrs later to enjoy dinner there. I think this is a shame as we hotelguests booked to stay with them. The terrace empty.. We lost some money in the room but didn’t make any trouble to find out as we noticed some things went a bit weird. The food is good (almost everyday) and the staff are friendly to have a little chat with. But we would not come again. We also had a birthday in our midst, the opportunity for a hotel to do something small like a card of something - but no. Even though we celebrated in the back of their 5th floor because of other paying guests who did not stay at the hotel. It’s beautifully close to the beach, they have a nice restaurant area and there is a small pool. Not too many rooms. Depending on your purpose of your visit? You might want to stay here.

Good location.

The Hotel was ok. We ware at the beach the first day and the wave broke my shoulder. The sea was not stormy and it was ok when we were ind but the time we were on the way out a big strong wave hit us. My shoulder broke and we had both difficult to come out. The strong water would take us both with on the way back to the sea. We didn’t know anything about what strong the water is. I missed some information about the sea. Both at the hotel and on the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay in Jimbaran. The staff was super friendly and the location was perfect for us, as we arrived quite late at night and the drive to the hotel was only about 10 minutes.

The staff (and generally everyone in Bali) are so polite and friendly. I think this is my favourite country I’ve visited! I will definitely be back x. The hotel is very close to the beach and the beach is so peaceful and beautiful too

Friendly staff, nice food and good location in Jimbaran. It was quite noisy at night and I couldn’t sleep due to people in the front room talking until late, doors opening/closing. Overall, good cost benefit.

Stayed here for 2 days, very nice property, especially the swimming pool with bar adjoining the pool. The rooms were good, breakfast was extensive.

We stopped here for one night, and it was a nice place. I would recommend it for a longer stay as the food was good, its in a great location and its good value for money

This was a good value property with lovely staff. However it was quite tired in places. Our room had some mould in it and the air-conditioner was dripping a lot. It was in a good location - just over the road from the beach.

This is average 3 star hotel. All staffs are amazing and breakfast was good. Location is good and just opposite beach. However corridors are smelling and rooms are small. No hand towels were provided in room and ants were visible in coffee pantry.

Clean and kind

Hotel was amazing unlike Expedias customer service! Great hotel but dealing with Expedia on my entire trip trying to get refunds for other hotels filthyness was absolutely stressful and I’d recommend the hotel but definately don’t recommend booking through Expedia as their customer service is disgusting! Book this hotel for sure but I would advise against booking through Expedia as they turn a blind eye to any problems you have whilst away, they’re happy to ruin your trip

Great location. A little run down in parts but good level of luxury for the price.
