The pool is wonderful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The restaurant offers great meal options. It is a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

I love the environment is very comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. What i don't like was the drinking water only limit to 3 bottles per day which is a bit hard for me and my kid because he need to have his milk hot and also making hot his food which require quite amount of water

Nice ambience and clean facilities. The breakfast had lots of choices. And the pool was refreshing and clean. The beds were really comfy. Everything was really organised.

First of all, the staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and security personnel, were all great. However, the room was small, the bed was not comfortable, and if you’re a smoker, the designated smoking area is literally a 4 minute walk from your room, partially down an outside street; very questionable from the standpoint of both safety and convenience. The restaurant is limited in quality and options. There are better options in town.

I had a cozy & comfortable stay at Watergate Hotel, room was very clean & well maintained. Facilities were new, I love the breakfast offered it was generous, everyday the menu is diff. which I liked so much. The crews were so friendly & easy to reach. They communicate well. I would definitely come back here again with my husband. I did not regret I booked this hotel, satisfied customer here from New York keep up the good work. The place is a gem.

Just Outside Our Window...People Kept and Were Sweeping With Brooms...The Water From Rain Into the Drain...This Went On For Hrs Both Days...Had to Keep The Curtains Closed !!!

Our room was infested with ants all over. We also had to pay extra to get an extra towel for the room.

I liked the rooms it’s competitive to international rooms. The service of good too. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Will surely comeback.

Internet very slow and Limited and when I brought my breakfast in the room because I’m doing business online every crew is looking at me like I’m stealing the food that I paid. A lot of mosquitoes!

No hot water? I was surprised to find out there was not hot/warm water in the evening or in the morning in our room... also, and No elevator. Lime Zest Restaurant was VERY GOOD!!! Very large menu including foreign items that were quite good. Wifi was iffy and weak..

Decent hotel for Butuan

Decent location, nice rooms, and nice front desk staff. My issue is I left my earbuds behind and they somehow could not find them. I know the buds were in the room so someone is enjoying their new earbuds. Very annoyed with this.

The front desk staff needs to improve her customer relations. She is very cold and does not even smile. When I asked for a spare room key since she only gave me one. Her reply was: "we don't have spare key as of the moment." Unbelievable!

Looking old Stink towel,and no wash cloth. Called the front desk requested for wash cloth and extra towel, receptionist told me they wpuld charge me 100php fpr the towel ever night and they dont have wasch cloth.Wifi was poor i couldnt cinnect to thewifi the whole niggt i stayed there. Swimming pool no towel we had to bring the towel drom the room and took it back to the room.

Poor internet connection every day of my stay. I was not able to conduct my communications online.

Really an outstanding hotel. Very attentive staff- immediate response to any request. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent restaurant- we ordered room service almost every one of our 12 day stay. And it's in a nice part of Butuan. couldn't find a better location. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

For starters I wrote them an email to talk about an early check in couple days before my arrival. No response at all. I come in and get hit with a “deposit” when I had already paid the bill and there was ZERO mentions of a deposit. The wifi of the hotel was constantly down for the 4 days and 5 nights I stayed. Not worth it at all.

It was amazing stay. Great front desk, great breakfast buffet. The room was clean and has a safe, sanitizing spray, complimentary big bottled water. Overall great experience!

Our room was near the pool and the room was not noise proof. It was noisy until 12 midnight, I can hear people talking and singing

Had a wonderful time and the staff was courteous and kind. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Butuan.
