A perfect hotel to stay! We had a good room with a view over the city street. The room and bathroom were clean, tidy and comfortable. The hotel is not near old quarter and a little outside of the city center. For us that was perfect: it was less busy and noisy around us. With the use of a taxi (for instance through the Grab-app, which is not expensive), you can quickly get to the city center.
What made our stay perfect was the helpful staff. Our thanks go to Tina, Duong, Cuong and Long. They helped us well with all our needs. They arranged for trips and taxis when needed. We had a good experience and a very comfortable stay at the hotel, thanks to the helpful staff.

Very roomy by Hanoi standard. Nice decor with good lighting and large bathroom. Nice neighborhood close enough to Hoan Kiem lake and also other neighborhoods. Can tell that this property geared toward Japanese expats and that’s a good thing as reflected by their service and decor. Bonus is nice on premise cafe. Service is nice to very good but it’s hard to find outstanding service in Vietnam

Huge and comfortable room, great service especially the receptionists. The 3rd floor has a very lovely coffee with great food options if you want to host a casual meeting there

The front is excellent. You can ask them much more information you need. They all are very nice to help you. Especially Ms.Dung are really good.

The hotel is so nice we decided to come back and stay for a few days after our trip at Halong Bay. The room is spacious and clean.

Very clean, friendly staffs (Mr.Dat reception, he made my trip perfectly!he was so freindly.) nice breakfast! No buffet, all is made to order!

I stayed here for 3 days 2 nights and I enjoyed my stay even though it was a pretty short stay. I was here on a business trip and what I like about this hotel/service apartment is that it has basically all the amenities that I need from washing machine to ironing board etc. Wifi is also pretty good but the location could be a challenge for some of the taxi drivers but the staff there are extremely helpful and friendly. Always smiling and willing to go the extra mile to help you! Id definitely come back to stay again during my next business trip. :)

(+) Spacious and clean room. No bugs. Bathroom is also really knit and it has a bath well organized. Kitchen where you can cook by yourself. Gym. Wide screen TV which offers Fox movie and MAX movie channel. Clean and wonderful place for Breakfast.(-) Location was bad. There is neither supermarket nor knit place to eat around the hotel. There is a supermarket on 10 minutes walking distance but the street around the hotel is bad so you have to walk on the drive way. View was also bad as the hotel is surrounded by buildings. I had to put the curtains closed as I worried people in the other building look into me. No washing machine, however you can get laundry service paying fee.
