It was quiet, clean and comfortable. The air conditioner wasn’t working and we informed the desk at checkout and he said he would have changed rooms for us if we had informed them before. I’m sure they would have. The breakfast was good and the dining room well set up. We would stay there again.

Although the hotel has undergone renovations, the breakfast was seriously lacking. We booked this location because it offered breakfast but ended up having to go out & buy breakfast anyway. Very limited offerings - no fruit of any kind when we went down, only 3 cereals offered (cold) & none were gluten-free. Not sure we would stay again if we were in the area.

Room was spacious and great bed and pillows. Good variety of breakfast items including breakfast sandwiches! Clean and great staff. Room could use a little minor maintenance but not a big deal to me. Would stay here again and right on Hwy 16 eastbound so convenient to get on the road again.

Breakfast was available as advertised. Pet fee was quite high for extra cleaning involved.

Happy they had laminate flooring. Beds were comfy. Room was clean. Bathtub was slow draining…needed some drano..

The room was simply lovely and exceeded our expectations! Customer service was also exceptional, from the man at the front desk who checked us in to Angela in the breakfast room. In terms of accessibility- the room worked well for me at my level of mobility. It was very large and gave ample space for my wheelchair and the floors were non-carpeted, which is ideal for both my walker and wheelchair. There was also an inaccessible curb, so even though we had parking lot access directly to our room, it was difficult to get my wheelchair from the lot into the room using a wheelchair van. However, as an accessible room, it would be challenging for many people with physical disabilities. This room worked very well for me as my mobility level is fairly high (for a person with disabilities). But--it would be a difficult room to use for someone who completely uses a wheelchair and has higher accessibility needs as the bed is high (hard to get into), the toilet is low (hard to transfer into), the bathroom is small (a wheelchair could not enter), and the tub has no safety bars. That said, the room worked exceptionally well for me. The bed was softly comfortable and there was a minifrige and microwave which we didn't expect as it wasn't listed on the room description. We will hopefully stay here again in the future as it was a really really nice place that far exceeded the cost of the room.

Stayed 3 nights. Was good. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Beds were comfortable.

Not 5 star by no means but clean

Shower didn't work. Toilet seat was broken. Room was decently clean.

Low budget motel. It was comfortable. Looks like they tried to update it a bit recently but cheaped out on the tub. Had a bath and ended up in a pool of paint chips that pealed off the inside of the tub.

It was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet, and it was reasonable. What's not to like?

Well i never got to stay there because what they have listed online as available the reality is they might not have any availability. Even when u call ahead to confirm they indeed have availability. I book here 2 different times during my 4 nights i spent in edson and its taken alot of energy to get my refund. Then after all the manager asks if id be interested in staying cuz he does have a pet room he just wants 200.00 a night for the exact room i was payong 78.00$ for online . Except the excuse is they haven been able to change the online add . Anyway i wont ever book or stay there again.

I liked the complementary soup around dinner time. I liked that the room did not have carpeted floor. This makes it cleaner. The room curtains had some wholes so they need to be replaced. I would also like to have some tea bags in the room, not just coffee.
