Really great hotel.
We stayed one night as a family of 4. Cleanliness is the most important aspect of a hotel stay for me. Everything in our room was spotless. Not a hair to be found. Beds were very comfortable and appreciated the white cotton sheets and bedding. Didn’t use any of the facilities offered but did enjoy the breakfast in the morning. Lots of options. And the front desk clerks were nice and friendly.

Initial room assigned had a toilet that wouldn’t flush. We were moved to a different room. Stay was average. My complaint is check out time is 11:00 am. The door key stopped working at 09:00. When making trips to breakfast and to load the car this is very inconvenient. Housekeeping came by before 10:00. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again.

This hotel was conveniently located and clean. The front desk girl was very nice and helpful. She suggested places to eat and fun places to take the kids. The room was clean and updated. The hotel area was safe. There are restaurants and a Target nearby. This hotel was definitely the cleanest place in Roswell. The restaurants are clearly understaffed and dirty. It's fun to keep a lookout for all of the aliens around town.

Great spot for families in Roswell! Room was spacious and linens for the pull-out bed were already in the room. Everything was in great condition and super clean. Breakfast was great and everyone was very friendly! Would stay again.

Bed was cozy, but hot water only lasted a minute, the blow dryer was broken, and you could hear just about everything the people in the next room over was doing

My husband and I went on a vacation across AZ and NM and we stayed at a few different hotels and this was our last stay of the trip before we headed home. This was by far the best stay we had. The room was gigantic and so clean and beautiful. I wish all of the places would have been this good!! Just wonderful made it hard to leave!

Great hotel. Comfortable, friendly, clean, safe. It’s like home away from home. This is the 5th time I have stayed here and it’s just as nice as the first time. The breakfast was great. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect. Close to the central part. Easy in and out, bed was extremy comfortable as well as pillows, room was vlean , breakdast was good with something fof everyo e and alwsys stocked. Staff all very nice.

The bathtub didn't look clean. May be the surface on the bottom is the kind that still looks dirty after it has been cleaned, but it looked dirty so we didn't use it. Everything else was spotless and great.

Our group had 2 rooms. Check in was great & the rooms were comfortable and clean. Our king bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and hot. Will stay again next time we head to Colorado from Texas.

Excellent stay and wonderful staff! The only negative to the location is the signage is difficult to see if arriving from the north. The city of Roswell needs to trim the bushes at the street.

Newish hotel. Overall clean. Centrally located. Bathroom floors were not clean upon our arrival. Refrigerator was very noisy when compressor kicks in. Told clerk at check out and he just looked at me!! Probably will not stay there again.

Arrived super late due to a flat tire in Arizona. The kind staff was nice enough to reassure me the room would still be available and informed me of late check out policies too since we were visibly exhausted 😅.
The room and bathroom were very clean and I was surprised to see Dove products offered in the bathroom. It might a small detail to most but after 15+ hrs in a car quality toiletries make a worlds difference.

We had a quick check in. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The decor was modern and our room was clean and inviting. The breakfast offering was good. Overall it was a great stay.
