Overall experience was ok. The room was clean and the location was ok. Early check in was allowed for a fee. A crib/playpen for the toddler was an extra $25 fee and there is another $50 deposit for incidentals and according to the receptionist it can take 7-10 days to be refunded to you. The hotel shares a parking lot with a Texas Roadhouse and if you’re staying during the weekend the traffic overflows to the hotel parking spaces and there’s no where to park. The staff was not friendly at all. There were no ice buckets so a plastic bag was provided to us. Our room keys stop working after a day. The internet is slow and it disconnects after a certain time. I’m not sure if I would stay at this particular location again or if I’d recommend it.

I would highly recommend this hotel. This was my second time to stay here and it lived up to the expectation. This place is very convenient to everything. We will be back!

It was a good stay the housekeepers kept knocking on the door t the morning of the checkout kind of made us feel rushed we couldn’t get our last few time for rest before we headed out, other then that it was a good stay and I would come back but definitely would use my do not disturb sign on the door.

Cornell was awesome! He was very friendly and personable. He was working when we checked in and when we checked out. He took care of our one request promptly, which was the need for more towels. Would absolutely stay here again!

Check-in was a breeze. Nice, clean room. Easy large parking. Restaurants all around and shopping too. It was quiet in the night and I had a great sleep. Breakfast is nothing to write home about but there are half a dozen options in half a mile radius. So, had coffee and went out. Overall-great experience.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. My only problem was the breakfast. I have stayed at other La Quinta's and they have milk and cereal as well as oranges and bananas. But this one did not.

The hotel advertised on their website, with words and with pictures, that they had a hot tub. It has been filled in. Also, breakfast was very sparse and not refilled much, some things not refilled at all.

Average $100/night stay. Room was clean and adequate. Property was decent. Things were broken but everything functioned. Breakfast was above average. Would stay here again for a budget hotel - 3 star rating not because it was bad. Just not higher because it didn’t “earn it” per se.

We arrived & there was a shift switch happening. The Arabian lady said “have a seat” with no greeting & went to the back to switch. About 5-6 minutes later, she came back, checked us in.
Didn’t advise of anything regarding hotel accommodations, breakfast time etc.
Just def not personable at all.
The room was old. There was an old piece of torn sheet or pillowcase that was dirty tucked in the pillows (guess they missed it) and just non accommodating.
The a/c unit was LOUD! All night, rattle.
Just not a good experience & I’ll never book it again.
