Overall good but a few things in the room needed attention. The toilet handle was difficult to operate, we had to turn on the water supply to the ice maker under the sink and the sink drain had a loose connection that I tightened.

Not terrible but it was a little low end for the area. It’s more like a weekly stay place, and there was a big party going on down the hall, and employees smoking right outside of the door where me and my son had to walk through the smoke to get to our car. Not a terrible stay but not a good spot to bring kids.

I don’t understand all of the 4 and 5 star reviews. Those people must not have had anyone in rooms near them. We could hear people in the halls and rooms on each side of us. To make it worse, we were put in a connecting room and the other room liked to play loud music and yell over the music every night. We went to their room and asked them to turn it down. When they didn't, we called the front desk. They turned the music down the slightest amount. We called the front desk again and were told there was nothing they could do until 10pm!. It was 8:30, so we couldn't even relax and watch tv! Terrible. They turned it down at 10, but I still had to put earplugs in to go to sleep.
Also, beds are uncomfortable, shower has no water pressure. There is a kitchenette, but no supplies to cook or eat with.

Nothing too special. Theres a store by the front desk, however, I was unable to get anything more than half of the time because no one was there. Staff was negative. Didnt make for a horrible trip, but I wouldnt recommend.

We ended up not staying there. The cleaning solvents they used were so strong giving us both instant headaches even tho we were only in the room maybe 10 minutes. We are still trying to get our money back.

I didn't realize there was a kitchen in each room, but it was very clean and seemed recently updated. Not at all fancy, but cleanliness is my highest priority.

This property is located reasonably close to USANA Amphitheater. It was priced well, and the room was clean and comfortable. I would certainly consider staying there again.

The recliner in our room was broken and there was a picture of a Mormon temple facing the bed which was strange. The bathroom products were actually nice and the kitchen set up was nice but without any utensils provided it wasn't useable beyond the fridge and microwave just like any other place. The staff was okay, not very friendly but not hostile.

Of all the hotels in all the world, this was the friendliest check in, in history. Really. My experience at least. Wonderfully friendly staff and an asset to the hotel.

Waited for about 20 min to even get checked into our room, there was no staff in sight, there was a note on the front desk that said to dial 0 for help, well that just rang and rang with no answer and still no help. Finally someone wandered into the lobby to check us in, and she was not very friendly. The beds were hard, and the shower was broken in several ways, so it was very difficult to take a shower.
