Nice property, comfortable king bed. Everything seems new and renovated. Great shower. Big bathroom. Three windows that opened to cool it off at night.

Overall a great stay. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms with easy access to everything in town and the surrounding trails. Only thing to be aware of is that the walls are not insulated well enough to block sounds from adjoining room. Not overly loud, just be aware.

Perfect place to lay your head and shower after trail riding. Would book there again.

Stay was OK. Several maintenance issues need to be addressed with the room. The ceiling fan light fixture was dangling by the wires and not mounted to the ceiling fan body.

The outside was a bit worry some for me to be honest. I didn’t know when I was getting into. The rooms were clean and definitely taken care of. I was happier once I saw the inside of the room. Wish there was AC it was hot In the room and the fan only did so much.

Our room (#8) was very clean and felt newly renovated. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The only problem was of the two sets of stairs to the second floor only one had hand railings making the one without railings unusable for and old guy like me which was inconvenient. Otherwise I would highly recommend the Triangle and would stay there next time I visit.

Staff was very helpful and the room was clean but not as advertised. We had no fridge, coffee maker or microwave as promised. They did bring us a coffee pot and gave us ice but some of our food had to be thrown out. Toilet leaked and the door knob to the bathroom was loose.

Rooms extremely clean daily and remodeled! Highly recommend it! Only grumble is continental breakfast not many options. When ask for more butter as it was empty, she said, “ No Mam, we do not have more butter?” It is located in a convenience store grocery/gas/food.

Was as expected.

Everything was really good except when we had the room next to us playing loud music for hours. We went to the front desk and they said that there was nothing they could do. So we had to listen to it for hours 2 nites in a row. Rooms were nice and really clean with good views of the beautiful mountains.

The bed was broken and the room was hot and the cooler didn’t work. Over all it was ok. The property manager was awesome!

They did a good job with cleaning and we were happy about that. Our room didn’t have a refrigerator, coffee maker or microwave.
This motel has a gas station within the complex. So there is noise from loud motorcycles and trucks and the smell of gasoline.
One last item, their coffee is probably the worst coffee I’ve ever had.

Limited hot water. Ice machine was broken. No sense of urgency for solution by staff. No hair dryers fyi. It is Silverton but they can do better

Check in was easy and friendly. However, the evaporative cooling unit would not turn on, and given our late arrival, we were unable to inform the front desk. The room was hot to sleep in as a result. A drawer in the bathroom was broken, too. It was fine for a place to sleep, but made for a harder night's sleep.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, as pictured. It had a mini-fridge, microwave, and sink. Breakfast was included. Too bad there was no AC, however the fan helped some. They made up my room after the first night even though I was only staying for 2 nights. Great service and great value. Recommended.

Good location. But rooms and property is tired. Breakfast was pretty much muffins and coffee. Otherwise meh.... Too much money, even for a tourist trap town..

Dirty rundown
Terrible staff specially the young lady at the reception was unfriendly and rude
Very RUDE !!!!!

Staff was very unfriendly, breakfast was very interesting to say the least, they were out of everything, what little they provided. Was unable to get an extra shampoo, because of lack of knowing where they keep it. Ants in the room and lots of noise until the town got quiet. Had to have the windows open to cool the room down. No air conditioning. Would not stay here again.

Great place to stay and very clean rooms. Silverton is an amazing place!

The room looked like a 1970s Motel 6 room. The tv and internet did not work. The shower dripped all night long. The towels and sheets were very thin and used. Hopefully they were clean. The cleaning crew did do a good job each day but you can't polish a turd. For the money I was expecting more. Wish we would've stayed elsewhere. Also, it is cheaper to book directly. The hotel has jacked up their hotels.com price.

Would have appreciated knowing about the parking lot to the south of the motel building at time of check-in.

Our two-bedroom suite was spotlessly clean and the daily housekeeping service was excellent. The kitchen had a full-size stove and refrigerator, a microwave and a drip coffeemaker with both decaf and regular coffee available. US 550 closed after we arrived, which wasn't a problem until two days later when we needed to leave but the management was very accommodating and pushed checkout time back a couple of hours so that we could be comfortable while we waited for the pass to open. Thank you very much! We will be back!

Super helpful. We are not able to get to the hotel the first night because all the passes were closed. They reached out to me before I could contact them They keep us informed on the road conditions. They went over and above what they needed to do. Very happy with their service services.

1. We had to shovel a path from car to doorway.
2. The melting snow on the roof was like a waterfall in front of the door. Got wet bringing in stuff from car.
3. The wet porch turned to ice later and I had to borrow salt from the attendant to avoid injury.
4. Shower was a disaster. Too much water pressure would blow open the shower curtain and flood the floor. Leak from showerhead connection sprayed water on the ceiling, towels, toilet paper etc.
5. Although advertised as full breakfast, all they had was bread and cereal. No milk for cereal so all we had was burned toast. We bought breakfast elsewhere.
6. Location of beds in room means only one person could watch TV.

Hotel room was meticulously clean!!! So impressed with how well everything is cleaned and taken care of. Nothing in this hotel is fancy or premium grade, but it is extremely clean and that is worth EVERYTHING. Front desk staff was always helpful, and being attached to the gas station/convenience store is super helpful and convenient.
Snow removal could use some improvement....the ramp to the staircase and the stairs did not have the snow removed, and they were pretty treacherous and difficult to maneuver, especially with luggage.
Overall, this is a GREAT place to stay and I would absolutely stay here again.
Note about the town: Silverton is amazing, beautiful, historic, rustic. I definitely recommend hitting a grocery store before heading up the pass because many restaurants are closed, even though their Google pages may say they are open. Come prepared!!

The outside of the motel and its location right by a gas station gave us a bit of a scare until we looked closer... the outside was anything but fancy but it was clean and well maintained. Our room was newly remodeled with a small kitchenette area and SUPER clean. When we opened the blinds, we laughed out loud because we stared straight at the corrugated metal wall and broken windows of an old shed which, in a way, led to the ambience of Silverton altogether.
Our main complaint was the bed. The mattress was terrible. :-( It was overly soft and, once you rolled into the middle, there was almost no way out. The young lady who checked us in was very polite but some of the other staff who manned the front desk at various times weren't all that accommodating.

It was a mediocre bed and a warm shower. The cleaning staff did a good job with what they had to work with. Place has faucets that leak like crazy because they are from the 1960s. Electrical plugs wont stay plugged in because the plugs are so old. Everything old, but not charming. We still enjoyed our visit - I mean, it's Silverton!

Noisy, could hear tv and talking through the walls.

The rooms were very clean. Slept with the windows open to cool down the room. Nice place to stay.

I cancelled this 2 weeks ago by phone with the hotel person. He cancelled it then. We did not stay there so expedia or the hotel need to credit my card. If this is how expedia works well never use it again

Everything was fine.

The rooms are very clean with excellent maid service, and there is a microwave, fan, and tv. Parking was right in front of my room so convenient. Super conveniently located (next to the gas station and store, and within a short walk of all of the popular restaurants).
Only one complaint- there appears to be a water hammer problem in the pipes; they make noise periodically throughout the night. Other than that, it’s quite quiet at night.

When you first arrive it seems to be a little older property, however I was pleasantly surprised upon entering the room. The hotel was very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was new and
had a great small kitchenette in the room a very nice stay.
