My only complaint is that it was difficult to find (I recommend not bothering with trains/busses and just take a taxi. You’ll save yourself a lot of grief). Otherwise I have nothing but great things to say! It was quiet, clean, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. It’s a completely different experience compared to other types of accommodations and I highly recommend it to anyone even if only for one night!

1 of the male staff was so friendly & helpful. Although his English was limited, he did his best to explain in English & served us with extra patience, we felt really valued. Outdoor onsen was great but it closed relatively early. Food was great & delicious. Great deal if you wanna stay in onsen hotel around Kanazawa, just needa drive around 30 mins to get there
