The hotel was very clean and there were a lot of eating places within walking distance .

The bed was TERRIBLE! We paid a lot to have a luxury experience and it was to say the least very uncomfortable. It felt like two “holes” were board into each side of the bed from repeat uses and not enough upkeep. Myself and my husband got up out of the bed early in the morning hours because our backs hurt so badly. I wanted to sleep in! Then we got to walk around six flags after having a horrible nights sleep that we had to pay over $200 for lol We should have honestly just stayed at the competition down the street for a little more money. I hate even having to leave this review because I’ve always used this hotel in the past. I’m not sure what happened since the last stay or maybe it was just bad luck with the room selection. Stay away from room 101 lol

My family of 3 and I enhoyed our stay. We saw reviews that mentioned how cold the pool was. According to my husband and son, that's accurate. They were the only ones there, which was nice because it's a smaller pool, but they didn't stay in long due to the temperature. There's a review that said they saw a lot of ants. That too is fair. We saw them in the bathroom and on the desk, but we were on the ground floor and it's summertime, so it was almost to be expected; however, some ant bait would clear that up. The staff was kind, attentive and present. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were too soft for our taste, and that's just a personal preference. My blacklight discovered dog fur on the couch, but we have a dog that sheds a lot, so we weren't super concerned. Just needed the pull out bed and sheets to be clean, and they were. We selected this hotel for the location, which was nice, and it felt like a central location, as we'd be visiting downtown St. Louis and Six Flags. The price point was nice for the amenities and location. I'd stay there again. I even joined their rewards program.

Check in was very long. People waiting. Desk Clerk while very pleasant did not appear to be trained or ready for this position. No provided breakfast although indicated to be when selecting the property.

Great amenities, clean and spacious rooms, very comfortable beds. Located right off Hwy 64 with 100 restaurants to choose from within 5 miles.

There were lights in the room that appeared to be there for style only, as there was no switch for them. The streaming services like Netflix and HBO they advertise as included do not actually work.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable! There was no complimentary coffee downstairs…just the little coffee pot in the room. There was not a lot of water pressure especially if you’re washing thick hair. If was okay. The area was super nice though.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a nice sitting area. I was expecting no turndown service since I was only staying 2 nights (they do every 3 days apparently), but the towels were not changed out daily as advertised on the room information. Unfortunately on my last day, there was a male employee in the coffee shop on the first floor who was hacking mucus right into the shop sink! It wasn't even a hand washing sink, it was right next to where the drinks were being served! A front desk employee asked him what he was doing, as he was disturbing the guests with his loud coughing/phlegm, and he said, "something's been stuck in my throat all day, I needed to get it out!" I think this is a health code violation and I immediately felt sick having purchased coffee the previous night. I would avoid this location solely based on this employee's actions. I don't think he was even a barista, he spent the rest of the morning mopping.

Booked because it said there was a shuttle and they said they have one just not the permits to use it. Staff is friendly. Our room was nice but the bathroom looked like it could use a thorough cleaning.
