Quiet, clean and near fast food spots.

It was an amazing stay. Staff is very friendly, hotel was very clean. Room was very comfy. Overall stay was great.

The hotel could have been cleaner. The floors were dirty and needed a good shampoo and vacuum. I was a little disappointed to see filth floors. The front desk people were extremely nice.

Leticia (front desk) was friendly and professional. Checked us in quickly. When we entered our room, it didn’t not look like it had been cleaned. There was leftover spaghetti and drinks in the fridge and a bag of fruit and crackers on the desk. The attached soap bottles in the shower had not been cleaned. There was a residue buildup around and under them. We did have fresh towels and sheets. We did notify the front desk and they said they would address. Property otherwise was clean and convenient to amenities that we needed and all staff pleasant and friendly.

Lady that checked me in was not friendly assumed I was a delivery person then proceeded to not give me the bed I requested in my reservation. This used to be our go to hotel for business in San Antonio and I’m afraid that was the last stay at this hotel.

I felt safe while I was there. So close to stores and restaurants. The staff were so friendly and courteous.

Convenient, everything you need within 10-15 min driving distance. Definitely will be returning when I visit San Antonio in the future

The room was not clean, the pool was dirty, old and stunk. The hotel was loud at night. The staff did address the loud family above us. However, they were loud the second night we stayed. Would never go back to this hotel. Disappointed in this IHG property.

I wish the old lady in charge of breakfast would be friendlier

It was a nice hotel but there are not options for places to eat at in a walking distance. There is one and I wasn’t impressed with the food. It’s a little loud because the street is a busy street.

beds were a little too soft, just my opinion. Thank you, Oh also the pool was not taken care of daily, a bunch of trashy people in it at night with clothes on. Just saying, So everyday it was cloudy and not enough chlorine in it. I own a pool in Vegas.

The property is nice. Definitely worth the price point. Made for an easy stay while in town for a funeral.

My family and I had a family trip to SeaWorld and spend the first night at another hotel which was closer but it was not clean and location didn’t seemed safe, we canceled our reservation and went to Holiday inn, as soon as we walked in we saw the difference! Everything was so clean, smelled good, staff was polite and helpful and we felt safe… location was about 20-25 min away from sea world and about 12 min to downtown San Antonio…It was perfect. 10/10 for sure!

No overhead lighting in main living area. Lighting with a dimmer switch would be great instead of the bed lamps & the dim dim desk lamp. Staff was nice, friendly & accomodating. Overall very good stay!

Staff was great

Rooms were nice. Not as large as some of the past rooms we have stayed in at the same chain just different locations. A lot of homeless in the area but had no problems. 10 minutes from Fort Sam Houston

Nice front desk staff and clean facilities!

You can hear every footstep anyone takes. Everything in the bathroom was loose. My sink was barely draining shower head was horrible
