Convenient location, quiet stay. Generally a nice place. Could not enter or exit without walking through a cloud of dope smoke.

Staff was wonderful but the hotel could use some cleaning. Wasn’t terrible but the hallways had garbage in most and our countertops and tables haven’t been wiped down in awhile our towel was black as well as the light switches. I would stay again but hoping next time cleaner!

Very friendly staff. Great continental breakfast. Shower was discolored; not dirty, but in need of maintenance. Overall very pleased and would stay again. Pool is small and was very cold.

Very clean, well kept room. Breakfast had typical continental breakfast options that were fresh each day. Room was spacious, TV worked and came with all the ideal paid service channels (HBO etc.). Refrigerator and freezer were spacious and properly chilled. Bed and pillows were comfortable; no pillow pitting, sheets were warm and bed was in the middle of hard and soft extremes. I did not use the WIFI (had a strong 5G mobile connection and a hotspot) and thus cannot speak to that. My only negative comment is regarding booking and door key functionality. When I first arrived, neither key worked to open the door. The front desk suggested the lock light behavior indicated a low battery, so she assigned me to a new room. This action seemed to have caused unexpected problems. When I got to my room the next night, all my stuff was gone. Front desk was called who informed me that housekeeping had no check-out date assigned to my room and thus assumed it was vacant and subsequently brought all my stuff to the front desk without attempting to contact me. Hours after reclaiming my possessions, a random person beeped and walked into my room unannounced... he had just arrived and had been assigned my room, as if the front was unaware I was in there. Thank God I was dressed, I recall thinking. I walked down to the front desk to ask how it happened, learned nothing, returned to find my own key had since stopped working, and had to get a new one.

When we first walked in, it was a very warm welcome. The front desk and management made us feel like we've been there before. The hotel (this is no hotel. Way above that word) was beautiful. When we walked into our suite, we could not believe the warm and welcoming feeling when you opened the door. This is the first time staying at the Hilton. If I was given the opportunity to visit again I would not hesitate. I really can not say enough about the whole experience. Visit the Hilton in Menominee Falls and than you can see what I mean. Several families of out-of-town relatives stayed at Home2 Suites two nights to attend a family wedding! We asked beforehand to have an informal family gathering in your lovely breakfast area Friday evening before the wedding for those extended family not attending this particular wedding but wanting to meet up with the out-of-towners they hadn't seen in years, and in some cases, had not yet met. This was a very special gathering of extended family as you can imagine, and turned out to be beyond expectations, it was spectacular! the Manager Donna, and absolutely everyone at the Home2 Suites were so helpful and accommodating to our group going above and beyond. In addition during our stay, our rooms were wonderful, the beds beyond comfortable, the breakfast very good, and overall a very pleasant, clean and casual place to stay. Didnt like that when i asked for a pillow to be dropped off at room i was told to come down to the front desk. At the front desk there was no one there. Just apillow laying there with a pillowcase laying with it not even on it. I came right down after i called.

We were not given the room we reserved. We reserved 2 rooms with a king size bed and when we got to the room it was 2 room with two queen beds in each room, When we went to the front desk and asked for the rooms we reserved she said there was none available. I asked the front desk why aren’t we getting what I reserved and she said because we booked our room through Expedia. We should be refunded or compensated for not getting what I paid for.

The contractors above room 331 were unacceptable. Called the front desk to see f they could quiet them. Nothing helped so it was not a good night for aleep

The staff was very professional and showed outstanding customer service. I would recommend this hotel.

There was an odd odor in the room and we were not sure what it was. Maybe cleaning because this is a pet friendly hotel? it didn't offend us horribly; just different. Staff was amazing. Breakfast (free) was amazing. Really a nice hotel. An easy walk to the downtown area for a quick bite at a local pub was fun!

Room was filthy and had unfinished repairs.

We stayed for 6 nights.The property was clean and safe. The staff was nice and helpful. During our stay the room was noisy with people waking around in the room above us and the slamming of doors around us every morning between 2 and 3:30 a.m.

Liked the area and the friendliness of the staff.

Great location, within walking distance to a nice trail, shopping, and restaurants. It was very easy for us to walk our dog and one day we walked to downtown Menomonee Falls which was a cute area. The hotel's complimentary breakfast was great with a variety of food options. Our only complaint was that our room could have used a little upgrading/TLC. The bedroom blind was broken and maintenance had left a sticky note stating a part was being ordered (but unclear how long that note had been there). Also, the bedroom A/C unit was very unpredictable and would randomly turn off. Other than that, our suite was very spacious with plenty of room and the hallways were quiet.

Loved our stay for the holiday weekend. The black out curtain was great. Staff was friendly and recommended cafe zupas.

Bathroom in our suite was not clean. Hair and toothpaste in the sink..hair on toilet and in shower. Group of people not staying there hanging around the entrance and using the bathroom in the lobby. Will try to avoid this property if possible.
