This is a good hotel but parking can be a problem and it’s a bit dated inside. It’s conveniently located on the campus at IU. The staff was nice and it was clean. This hotel could use an update internally and a parking solution as well.

Wifi wa crapy. Hotel guest should have a seperate wifi logi than to share with the students on campus. Barely got a signal from my tmoble phone.

Great location for visiting university, parking was a bit confusing and the staff behind the front desk could have been friendlier.

Lodging was well priced for the accommodation. Right on campus, so it felt dated but fine for the price. Loved that it gave us easy walking access to events.

Overall it was beautiful and clean and a very nice stay...the only downfall was the walls are thin. We heard other doors closing on the hallway, people laughing nextdoor, and it was surprising due to all the stone in the building. I even asked for a quiet room because I am such a light sleeper but it was still a bit loud.

Very helpful staff at desk - (Blake) and location is extremely convenient. The rooms aren't big but have all the needed amenities (2 sinks) . Comfortable bed and beading.

This is place is run by students that don’t care. I waited 10 min in the front desk becouse the clerk was on the phone but wouldn’t even acknowledge me or make eye contact to tell me hold on or something, when I asked him for his name he would not give it me and told me if I had a complaint to go to website and file a complaint. SMH

very conveniently located in middle of campus, which we needed for this trip. Easy dining, starbucks right inside on the same floor, places to sit and lounge and work if needed. The room was comfortable, quiet, updated, really nice all around. Great friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved that the hotel is IU themed and apart of the campus. Plus there were a lot of food and amenities within the building.

Housekeeping is always friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Don’t particularly care for the doors for the bathroom. Front desk never smiles, not inviting. This is my second time at The Biddle and as the first time, NO SMILES.

Stayed overnight for the IU /PU basketball game.
Was hoping for better food options after the game.
Only found vending machines and the room service required an appointment from what we could tell.
Otherwise the hotel was great.

My experience was good. Everything was cleaned and well maintained. Pillows could have been better, but happy with everything else.

Was dropping daughter off for 2nd semester and catching a Hoosier game (win against OSU!) and this was a great location on campus. Was able to walk back after night game and avoid parking lot. Room was very nice and rest of Union is a great space. Highly recommend.

I rated the service lower but it really wasn't a service issue, maybe it was a communication issue. If you stay for more than one night they give you the option of using a card to tell them if you do not need fresh linens on your bed. I didn't know that meant if you didn't request fresh bedding you didn't get fresh towels, additional tp or anything else. We had to go to the desk for the needed items

My wife and I went to visit our youngest at IU and share his experiences through his eyes. The hotel is beautiful and all the aspects of the area just enhance it.
We will definitely return for another stay.

Surprisingly quiet near luxury hotel sits on top of the IU Student Union.
Many dining choices on bottom floors, but the pubs are closed on Mondays.
We ate breakfast in the first floor Starbucks.
I think one would have to leave campus for a full breakfast, although I may be incorrect.

Excellent choice for our IU campus visit. The Biddle Hotel in the student union is amazing. Clean, comfortable, convenient and overwhelming in choices available in food, services and fun. Beautiful grounds and options to walk, sit, relax and people watch. We enjoyed our time there.
