It is very clean in the remodeled rooms, which are huge. I haven't seen a bug of any kind, no bed bugs at all. Microwave and the refrigerator works perfectly. They have a lundry on site. All towels are fresh and white, no stains at all. The facilities are really quiet and the front desk is professional and your deposit is given back when checkout.

I was surprised in how clean it was.
The owners have taken the time to Remodel the rooms and i was very impressed. The rooms are huge. No roaches, No bedbug. Towels and wash towels are white and clean. Front desk was business like. Plenty of parking. I have one complaint and that is the bed was way too soft for my liking. Over all for the price I will be going back for sure.

This place is clean, that's about it. It is more of a motel where people stay for days or weeks at a time. The internet was terrible, couldn't really work as planned. The noise until 2am with people slamming doors, knocking on doors and talking in the patio was loud. OK to stay since this was a very clean room, there is no breakfast or shampoo in the bathroom, no top sheet on my bed, just a light blanket. Just not a hotel at all, if I would have known, I would have spent a bit more money and stayed with breakfast and good wifi at other hotels in the area

The walls were so thin then people next door or upstairs was SOOOOOO Loud we could not sleep. There was two rooms but only one TV. There should be a TV in both rooms.

Experience was horrible, showed up to the hotel and dropped off our bags and then left to go do stuff. When we came back at night there were cockroaches everywhere I took pictures to show the staff,as I was taking with hotels.com to get the issue resolved they informed me the owner of the hotel would not refund the visit. It was after 10pm and I packed up my kids and we found a better hotel. Absolutely do not stay here. Complete Trash.

I woke up in the middle of the night to find out my whole body was itchy n my hands was swollen of the irritation n I tried to change the sheets n couldn't sleep good the rest of the night I woke up at 8 to tell the lady what happened n showed her the pictures of my body n hands n she didn't really care to change my room n told me all she can do is give me a late stay like if I wanted to get beaten even more in the same room ridiculous n not ok for people who pay there stay

The first room they gave us smell like nicotine really bad and the second room wasn’t cleaned really dirty furniture stained, overall a really bad experience wouldn’t recommend it for a family

Both late in the evening and early in the morning, the staff for the property kept yelling back and forth at each other and stomping up stairs and walking heavily by rooms. Made it very difficult to stay relaxed and comfortable. This is the first time I've stayed here and had the surrounding guests being perfectly respectable and considerate, but not staff.

I just wanted to cheap motel, because we needed sleep, and a location drivable to LAX. I knew the neighborhood because I used to live there 4 years ago. When you drive in, you swear you'll never come back to this place again. But the room was cheap, the room was clean and remodeled, and the place is very brightly lit which is very nice! My brother, who is a very well traveled person, will tell you the same thing I will; you don't rent a hotel room to stay in, you pay for it just for sleep, which is exactly the night that I got, a good night of sleep.

The room I received was heavily bug infested. The bed, pillows, bed cover, sheets were covered in bugs. The seat chairs had bugs also. I killed 4 crawling bugs - 3 in the bathroom and 1 outside the small refrigerator.

My room could have been cleaner, my room had roaches crawling around and dead roaches on the ground.

PRO: Our room was clean and a nice size. I appreciated having a fridge & microwave. The location is decent, and there is enough free parking. CON: The bed was very firm, and we could actually hear the springs inside the mattress. During our three-night stay, we had no maid service, and there was only one bath towel. The walls are VERY thin; we could follow conversations going on next door.

Cockroaches!! I wasn’t expecting nothing good here but when we got there we got in a tiny room, bathroom was disgusting, room not really clean, hairs all over the bed, and top it off cockroaches everywhere!! Room was semi nice looking but still half ass cleaned. I would rather spend the extra money next time on a better hotel.

I wasn’t expecting an amazing stay considering location and price but they were some hair in the bathtub, not even a soap provided, fridge was making a lot of noise, hot water took literally 10 minutes to arrive. Bed was comfortable and sheets clean.

After I stayed with them for three weeks while on business, I needed to shorten my trip by one day and they were too cheap to refund my money! I also believe Hotels.com had a hand in it! They used to help their members. now they just make excuses! their new rewards program sucks too! I will never stay at Norwalk inn again!

The rooms looked unkept. The furniture is old and the door frames have chipped paint. My 4-yr old daughter found a piece of furniture on the nightstand. Housekeeping needs desperate improvement. There is no attention to detail whatsoever.

Dirttttyyyyyy. Holes in the sheets. Hair in the drains. Like going to a nail salon and they reuse the pedicure equipment from the previous four pedicures. That’s the level of cleanliness at this hotel. Fraudulent. I walked in walked out and they tried charging me 100 for a two night reservation. Had to call the bank for full refund. Don’t trust them.

Beware the walked in I was totally topless no knock nothing they just stared I was mortified no apology no refund nothing. Beds feel like cardboard I got bit in my face I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! What if you have children etc. disgusting place

Walking from the bed to the bathroom in the morning and the bottom of my feet were black from the dirt I couldn’t see. The room smelled a bit and sound echoed. With nothing but hard surfaces in the room it should be easy to clean, but the room was not clean.
The staff is friendly enough, but you definitely get what you pay for.

No hangers in the room. No coffeemaker. Requests for those to staff have to be translated to Mandarin. Upon translated request, received a one word response: "no". During the first shower, a guest encounters all types of hair in the tub, including pubic hair. Nightstand drawer full of ashes and debris (that's in a non-smoking room).
