The property is absolutely fantastic, and very well located in the old havana. Nicely decorated, the appartment is pleasant for relaxing.The street is very calm at night.
Additionally, the hosts Lea and François are super helpful and pleaant to discuss with. They deliver very good advices and propose various kind of assistance.
Great place to be. The daily rates are worth given the whole thing. I highly recommend.

Superb apartment in an excellent location. Extremely well equipped, with appliances and furnishings you would not expect easily in Havana. The hosts are super kind and organised, with great communication. They also provided many unexpected additional touches like a complimentary laundry service, delicious fresh fruit and a well stocked mini bar. If I could give this more than 10 out of 10 I would. Highly recommend.

Wonderful apartment, very new and modern inside with excellent furnishings. The huge rooftop with views was a nice surprise! Extremely helpful proprietors and property manager made our stay perfect.

Apartment is exceptional outstanding its large, clean and modern with a Cuban feel, gorgeous high window shutters. This property is located right in the center of locals and tour attractions. I totally love it here, lots of food restaurants, bars, shopping, museum, Malecon river walk all within steps away. the vibe in Cuba is a loving one and very safe. i did not want to leave this apartment! i will definitely return

Beautiful and central located! Able to walk anywhere. Great air conditioning and outdoor space to enjoy. Delicious breakfast with fresh juice! Organized a great day trip around the city. The beds are huge abs comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Every morning you wake up to fresh local juices, fresh fruits, fresh Cuban coffee, an assortment of teas, a gourmet breakfast served to you on a table set for royalty. Atmosphere was so professional and friendly. My family and I were treated so respectfully by the staff. We truly felt sad when leaving the staff. Olivia, Laura, and Deriel, your warm personalities and kind nature made this family vacation an unforgettable one. We miss you guys. Additionally, the suite is located walking distance from the restaurants and many of the historical sites and therefore ideally located. It was worth every dollar!

OMG! this place is HEAVEN! its typical Havana feels/vibes! The place has DEF! been remodeled on the inside. The fridge the beds the BEAUTIFUL SHOWER and ROOFTOP! ok the staff Masury and Dariel are PERFECT HOST! made the BEST breakfast, they clean up daily. Checked in on our special needs for food and were just the NICEST SWEETEST HOST! THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY! Lea (OWNER) will respond IMMEDIATELY to any emails you send around check in times or any request.

Omg!!!! We stayed there for 6 days!!! The staff wait!wait!wait!! Not the staff. They were family!! Masury!! Dariel!! And ChuCha!!were the BEST!!! We were there celebrating my daughter in laws bday and Masury went out of her way to buy a cake!!! Breakfast was yo die for!!! May god bless my Cuba family. Love love y’all

The building is beautiful inside and out. The furnishings and accommodations are excellent, but the best part was the kindness of the staff. They went out of their way to return a linen jacket that my husband had forgotten. They hand delivered it to our hotel when we returned to Havana.

Perfect stay at this location. They had a taxi waiting for me at the airport with my name on a sign and made my arrival very easy. When I got to the apartment I was in shock! Very spacious and beautiful. Located central in old Havana walking distance from everywhere . When I woke up I had a wonderful breakfast prepared for me! 5 stars and I reccomend this apartment

The location is fabulous -- very short walk to all Old Havana has to offer, including the Malacon, Obispo, Capitol, etc. The staff is beyond amazing; intelligent, interesting, interested. We loved talking with them. The breakfast is AMAZING. Gorgeous fresh tropical fruit, delicious Cuban coffee, bread, homemade jams, eggs, cheese, ham, you name it! Free wifi, many maps and guide books for guests' use. They have thought of everything!

It was a truly wonderful place to stay in la Havana. The apartment was large and comfortable, it had a beautiful and sunny roof terrace, and the rooms were nice and had cute balconies. The breakfast, cooked for us by staff, was delicious and the natural local fruit platters and juices were a real highlight of our stay. The location was fabulous, and we could walk everywhere. My only issue was that I specifically asked about the staircase and number of steps --a problem only because of my elder mother. The banister to hold-on did not cover all the steps, and there was a steep curve with nothing to hold-on to and I was not told this (even I mentioned I was traveling with a person 89 years old). My mom couldn't go up and down alone, and since I arrived a day later than her, this was problematic. However, the staff (Masuri) took good care of my mom the night I wasn't there and I am truly thankful to Masuri for her care and attention. Having a phone line at the apartment was great, however my initial efforts to communicate with the hotel and the apartment were almost impossible because of the way it is listed is wrong (we missed an important call due to this). it took me several hours to figure out -with help of Expedia customer care and going over the numbers with the hotel. the listing was for a mobile which is dialed differently and had a digit 2 in excess.

Classy apartment, very spacious and well-equipped. Much better than the five star hotel we had just left. In the heart of the old town, yet the bedroom was insulated totally from the noise of the streets. Great rooftop terrace. The owners left us thoughtful touches (cohiba cigars, small bottle of rum complementary) and came back in the morning to make us an amazing breakfast. Can't recommend this highly enough
