Front desk personnel were helpful. The pool view was a nice addition to the stay. Nice gardens. The room however was kind of dingy and dark. The bathroom! I would not step in that shower barely wanted to use the toilet. It's sufficed our needs for a place to sleep.

It was horrible! There were roaches and dirty towels and dirty sheets never gave us cleans ones after we asked! Looked like nothing was ever cleaned they were not friendly at all!!

I have felt a attack 😫 of bugs upon entering the property. It looks okay on the outside but as you get closer to your room. U realize the type of current guests make u wonder if u safe. Not the best rooms as dusting needs to be done and major repairs. Thr bed seemed half broke or something as the middle is suck in. Overall this is the worst hotel i ever stayed at in my life. The only plus is the young lady at the front desk. I thought she was being nice not charging me the cash deposit that is supposed to be required. However after being on the property for only a few mins i realized why. This is the most ghetto, run down motel i have ever witnessed in my life. Pleasee do not stay here or you will regret it. This takes the cake of you get what you pay for. Its not even worth $50 😕

there were bugs in the room the toilet was running one bed was sagging in the middle curtains were nailed to wall so u couldnt close properly just a place my family didnt feel safe also a lot of unsavory characters in the parking lot but they did have an armed guard walking around for your protection just remember the pics online do not represent the rooms offered at all we checked out 5-10 minutes after checking in with no refund

I'd like to share my feedback on this hotel room. Unfortunately, the room was unsatisfactory as it appeared unclean and had a strong unpleasant odor, possibly due to black mold. The beds and furniture were dirty, and there were signs of inappropriate activities. Despite my complaint at the front desk, the issue was not addressed, and the overall hygiene of the room was subpar. Additionally, the staff's behavior was concerning, and I had to seek accommodation elsewhere due to these unpleasant conditions

The desk chair was stained and not usable. Floor was dirty with stains of spills that were not cleaned. No security lock. Incense sticks on floor and stuck in the holes of the wall. No back on the remote control. Bathroom door was rotted and unable to close.

This place is a dump.

Everything was okay besides me seeing a baby roach underneath the sink on the floor! I did not like that!
