We got a room that smelled terrible and was dirty found a dead cockroach on and some walking everywhere in the room

Its a good area and the staff was okay only problem was the hotel needs to do housekeeping more often cant have pets and only clean every two weeks. Look into that

This property is very run down. We came late in evening for check-in- once in room it looked partially cleaned. No washcloths, no hair dryer, stain on comforter. You could hear every single person all night long inside and outside cars reeving up and blasting in and out of property.

They have kitchenettes but absolutely no plates, silverware or pots or pans! Not even a coffee pot. Not available upon request either

The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Our room stunk, there is no blanket on the bed just 2 sheets, there was no cooking utilities or pots and pans even tho it was a kitchenette, and there was no body wash very minimal hygiene products this is surprising because even the cheapest hotels supply those things

I had to get another room because the first room was infected with roaches. Then, when we got into the second room it was infected with ants. The rooms had an odd smell as well as the hallway when we first walked in.

I was upset, didn't get any rest, and disappointed in my stay. I made myself sick fighting sleep to insure bugs would not crawl on me. I am worried about my personal belongings and about my safety of performing my daily duties tomorrow from the lack of sleep. Unfortunately, there were no vacant hotels within a 3 hour radius. I will request a refund. This is not acceptable. The staff was friendly and the gentleman housekeeper was working hard at cleaning the property. He was kind enough to give me disinfect spay. The gentleman front desk staff stated he would bring flea and tick spray but never did. We finally decided to move our belongings to the car and sleep there. I keep searching for a vacant room. If nothing becomes available, we will go in and shower in the morning.

I would like a refund, this property was dirty first they put us in a dirty room 409 and we had to switch to 207 which was equally as disgusting, we requested sheets on 9/23 to change them and they assured us they would drop them off, they did not and we had to sleep on a bare mattress. Additionally they had junkies and crackheads running around the entrance of the hotel smoking drugs

You need to call to get someone to unlock the window for service. There is no breakfast service. Pets are welcome… with a $50 deposit. Remote didn’t work for the TV. The shower leaked water somewhere under the tub. Best of all we got a key for a room that was already occupied which was a surprise to us and the family laying in their bed. I won’t attach the photo of the bug that was crawling on the pillow.

The only woodspring I have ever been to that wants to charge you for towels exchange. Except I called corporate and they said they are not allowed to do that. Tell me why are you ripping people off ? (Update in response to property reply) corporate as told me a few times that you are not to be charging for towels. Per choice hotels..... also clean up your property!

It is so nice to live where people speak and ask how you are. When i come home (my home now), i know i am safe and that staff is always around to help. Tyler, maintenance and Ms Shayla at front desk are so awesome and willing to help in any way they can. When they see me, they always say hi. Love it here.

This is not a normal hotel. My stay was fine and the problem I did encounter was rectified immediately.
They do not have normal front desk hours. If you arrive after 3 am for check in you may forfeit your room, cleaning is your responsibility, and back to the front desk hours, they open at 10 on the weekends and close and 4 and open 8-10 on Monday - Thursday and close at 8 on Friday. There is a number to call but when I arrived, I had to call it a couple times before they answered.
But overall my stay was good for the price. Just some FYIs

First room people next door were so loud. Second room was a little better but could still hear the tv all night. Woke up multiple time for doors slamming and loud music across the hall. Toilet didn’t flush. No batteries in the remote.

Hotel is an extended stay motel. Entire place (hallways, room, elevator, etc.) smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke. People were out in the parking lot at all hours of the night. Another room continued to play loud music and move furniture around until 1am. Arrived at 4pm to check in and had to call to reach someone. Front desk attendant appeared to be under the influence while checking us in. Went downstairs after checking in to try to get more pillows and towels and the attendant was sitting in the "front lobby" with two other people kicked back and talking. Was told I would have to bring my dirty towels and pillows and exchange them even though I had 3 people total in the room. Do not let the 7.2 rating fool you. Avoid this place at all costs.

We checked in Saturday evening and while driving in the parking lot, u could already see some shady people just hanging out outside. The receptionist was nice but walking thru the hall to our room the carpet was disgusting and stained. The room itself was clean but the pillows were super flat. The entire night all we heard was people making noise, blasting music, moving furniture around, stomping on the floor. And the hallway reeked of weed. Very very disappointed, especially for the price we paid

We arrived at 7:30 pm and the desk was closed. Had to call on a phone so someone would come to check us in. The place is named WoodSpring Suites but the rooms were basically a very simple regular sized hotel room with a kitchenette. We had 3 adults staying in the room but there was only one towel in the bathroom. People walked outside our window all night long and were loud well past 2:00am. Someone was continuously playing loud music down the hall. There was no one at the desk when we checked out in the morning-just a note saying to leave the room key. The area outside the back entrance had people sitting all around it and the grounds were littered with cigarette butts. This was not an inexpensive room and we were quite disappointed by what we got for the money. We would not recommend this place to others.

Room key quit working for unknown reasons , had to wait 2.5 hours in the parking lot to regain access. Phone in lobby was not working properly to reach anyone! Had to wait till someone came in to the front desk to reprogram the keycard. No apologies given. This caused me to leave over two hours later than I had planned.

Tyler, LeJereck, Shayla, and Breanna provide the greatest levels of customer service and compassion I've ever seen and I work as a night auditor for a very large hotel corporation for ten years. This facility offers laundry facilities, apartment size refrigerators, large microwaves, and glass cooktops. It is clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable. And, best of all, the level of compassion shown to my daughter and I and our support dogs, is beyond comparison. Truly a great home away from home.

They call themselves suites, but they have empty drawers, no utencils, pots, caffe maker, no cups. The only thing we found in the room was a small soap bar and towells.

First time I booked this place. Got in to Nashville at 6.30 pm on a Saturday night. I did not realize I had to check in by 4 pm. Nobody at the front desk, nor the "500" phone number to answer my call at 6.30.

The bed sits on a platform that slides around. Not comfortable. 2 ridiculously soft pillows. Not good.

There’s no cups, utensils,plates pots or anything to use to accommodate the kitchenette so basically you have to pack your kitchen stuff in order to use this kitchenette
As well as it was a double bed room and we were given 2 towels and 2 wash rags
There was no soap extra toilet paper cups ice bucket or anything else in the room
We had to go to 3 different rooms upon check in due to keys not working
The only good thing about the stay was the lady at front desk was apologetic and let us check in early
We were able to sleep that’s about it

Terrible. Right from the start. The man who attempted to check us in was definitely under the influence of something. It’s an extended stay, very sketchy, smelled like fish, hallways reeked of cigarette smoke, and the service was awful. We were given keys to a room that we discovered that it was being lived in. So, we had to go back to the front desk and do a check in all over again. To be fair the manager was very sweet and remedied the room situation. The other workers were untrained and ill informed. The ratings must of been manipulated because there’s no way this place should have been rated as high as it was when I booked it. I felt deceived. We wouldn’t have stayed if it wasn’t close to midnight when we got settled in.

I was moved to three different rooms because of problems in each room. Then the last room had the fan from the bathroom hanging from the ceiling and parts of it were in the sink. The toilet was plugged and we cannot get any plunger. The people at the facility were unpleasant and unwilling to help. I believe this place puts a bad taste on Expedia. It should be taken off of their options. Again, I was completely dissatisfied, disappointing, and disgusted with this property. And I have lost my faith in Expedia.
