Front desk attendant was wonderful at check-in. She upgraded our room to penthouse and since it was my birthday she gave me and my wife a drink credit from the bar!! Room was very nice and incredible view. Everyone was polite

Booked a king with sofa bed and gave me a double room. Told me it was same price and they couldn't change. Very poor service

Great location to TD Garden for Celtics game with an easy walk to the North End. Hotel was clean, staff helpful with directions and our room had an amazing view of the bridge. While there was a small bar area in lobby and breakfast food to purchase we did not use. However we did take advantage of valet parking (for a fee) that was fortunately available.

Just great overall. great customer service. everyone w a smile. just good vibes right when you walk in. bars and restaurant are very close by. TD Garden is just right there. and all for a very reasonable price. worth it

Worked well for us for a night out at the Big Club at North Station and a 2 min walk.

Fantastic location if you are going to an event at TD Garden. Please note that valet parking was filled by 6 pm and overflow parking is a half mile away and a bit confusing to get to if you are walking or if it’s late at night.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF THERE IS AN EVENT AT TDBANK and you are counting on valet. I am 62 and have arthritis in both hands, a back and hip injury and was driving 7hr to Boston to take my son to Bruins game. I was counting on having a few hr before the game to relax. I CALLED AHEAD and their parking option said they ONLY had Valet. Yet when we got there 445pm, we were turned away and sent to another garage 3/4 of a mile away and when we got there it was also a busy garage and there wasnt any parking. After driving around for 45 min we found one bad spot then had to rush back to the hotel with our bags and took an uber in busy traffic. We had no time to relax and barely made the game in time. I talked to the Manager and they didnt offer any solution other than I could go get my car after the game and come back to park. I paid $100 more to stay at this hotel for convenience and they advertised valet then I had to spend more money for an Uber, lost the 2 hr I had free, barely made the game, and had to walk back to the other parking garage at 6am in the dark worried I was going to get mugged. So much for "Valet." The manager was also snarky about not offering me any compensation and wanted to lecture me on why he couldnt help me. Like I said, dont stay here if you are counting on convenience of being next to TD Bank unless you either dont have a car or arrive early in the day... of course that will be too early to check in... then get treated rudely. very dissappointed in Marriot

Tony at the front desk is AMAZING! He knows what he’s doing when it comes to welcoming guests. My only complaints about this property was our entrance light in our room was out, and there were no accompaniments for morning coffee in room. Location is phenomenal and noise level low.

The floor we were on was with the gym and very very loud at all hours.

Hotel looks new with up to date amenities. Right across the street from TD Garden. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very comfortable and clean. Friendly staff.

I could literally hear the people in the room next to me banging all night. Why are these walls so paper thin? And adjoining doors? Why? Felt like me and my kids were staying next to a porn studio. Never staying there again!!! $400 a night and I gotta hear thus cuz you cant upgrade this dump?

Closeness to TD garden , Faneuil Hall, and North Station

The property is right next to the TD Garden. Couldn't ask for a better location. Check in was less than stellar. One week prior to arrival I called the front desk to ask for adjoining rooms - a member of our party has ADA issues. At that time it was stated that would not be an issue. At 9 a.m. on the day of arrival I called to insure that the rooms were adjoining and was informed that it was not possible. The rooms were adjacent but not connected. Which meant that i had to buy a baby monitor. I asked for an early check in for 2 p.m. One room was ready and the second (although already cleaned by housekeeping) was not made available until 90 minutes later. Other than these issues the staff was pleasant and courteous.

Great location for TD Garden events. Large rooms and excellent gym. Green and orange lines are only steps away. Second time staying here for a Celtics game. We’ll be back!

Great spot to stay if ypu are going to a show at TD Garden! Staff are amazing! Was slightly bummed to have to walk .5 miles back after parking my car in the nearest parking garage since there is only a limited amout of valet spots. Tony at the front desk is AMAZING! gave great directions to get to the parking garage and a warm welcome when we got back.

Great place to stay! Hotel was clean, staff were professional, and it was super close to the TD garden (in town for concert). The check-in/out process was easy, and valet parking was so convenient.

Awesome, everyone was great to us. Our hotel room was great and had the view of the city bridge & the arena we were going to the concert.

The hotel is right next to the TD Stadium, and close to my friends house. I came out for the Thanksgiving holiday and this place worked out perfectly. There is a T station 1/2 block away, and tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. It has all the amenities and luxuries you'd expect from Marriott.

The room smelled amazing. Very clean hotel and the staff was nice!
