Room was dirty and old. Water was yellow and everything was broken or scratched

I reserve a room a few weeks earlier I got the room went there the first day nope I don't have a reservation. They given me a room that cost more as well didn't give me back my damage deposit. Called them and went down there many times and there just playing stupid now yet I showed them the proof of it. The room was very dirty tv didn't work, empty beer car all over the place.

I paid for the rooms but once my family and I got to the room we discovered how awful it smelled. You can still smell the old cigarettes and beer. There was no way I would let my 2 month old baby and 10 yo stay in a place like that. I wouldn’t have cared if it were just my partner and I to save a few bucks but h/// no for my babies. I had a migraine just being in there for 45 mins which I spent booking another room for the same nights at a better rated hotel. I went ahead and let them keep the money I spent there. Disgusting place, the beds were springy and blankets were tattered.

It was disgusting looked, like a homeless shelter the t.v/ cable didn’t work beds were sloppy and looked filthy under sheets, maybe bed bugs couldn’t risk it. Wouldn’t refund me after a hour of trying to deal with the terrible situation , checking for bedbugs, trying to get the t.v to work, also very poor wifi signal so to take a hour to inspect the room before deciding to check out is completely fair, they don’t disclose that after 15 min they don’t refund ,I booked I wish I could rate it lower than 1 it’s the worst I’ve ever seen and i have stayed all over Manitoba, front desk was rude and dismissive about my issues every aspect was awful about this experience. I would appreciate a full refund base on above issues and the fact that I tried to get out after inspecting the state of the room

For the Area it was just fine, staff at frnt desk I had was very kind and so nice, cleaning staff is Awsume 1of the lady’s even watched my dog fr a bit while I brought my things down and I hve a big dog I would fr sure stay agn. 1 thng is no coffee complementary at hotel thts smethng tht could be changed fr sure.

First of all it was so damn smelly , hallway and even room full of cigarette smell, the carpet in the room very very dirtyseemed like this place was built like 100 years old , nasty stains all over the wall, there were roaches on the bed and in bathroom the bathroom had mould on the sink and in the shower,
Seemed like bedsheets and vomforter was not washed.
All in all this was worst motel i have ever been to.
They even too $100 damage deposit , but for what i dont understand,.
Staff was okay.
I dont know how they given 3.6 stars on expedia, it should get 1 star , seems like the owners dont care to make this place any good.

Me and kids were woken up at 1-2am dog barking in next room,people arguing/fighting and their kids crying across our room.Room was sad and dirty looking.Also had my truck hitch stolen from parking lot lol.Wouldn’t recommend staying here was a first n last for us,was a late last resort.Got catfished room wasn’t what we had reserved from Expedia,Ty Expedia.

Would not recommend. Furnature was broke or damaged. Baseboads heater cover not mounted correctly. Electrical outlet was not secured, most likely not up to code.Bathroom was disgusting. Ecessive mildew in bathtub and stains on the bathroom floor.

No good towels, no water, no service, dirty bed sheets and blankets. I didn’t use blanket even a single night just used bed sheet and my own towels. No room service, no microwave, no soap given and no cleaning in 4 days.

Firstly, there was no Microwave in the room. I had to take my food downstairs & hand it over to a staff to warm or heat it up for me.
Secondly, I had to do so reluntantly because I had no other option. I also had safety concern as the food was already cooked & I would have loved to heat it up in the privacy of my room.
Thirdly, the little fridge in the room was completely out of order (not working).
Fourthly, there was absolutely no breakfast service as other hotels do even with cheaper rooms rates.
Six.The hotel was very noisy. The staff was even using the vacuum cleaner very late in the evening & disturbing.
Seven. There was no privacy as there was no back entrance as other hotels are.
The main front entrance was the only way in & out of the hotel. That was very inconveniencing.
I am not sure if I will ever go back there again, or recommend anybody there. It is however my sincere hope that these very grave concerns will be urgently addressed.

This was the most disgusting, filthy, unsanitary and rundown place I have ever stayed in my entire life.
My brother's cow barn would be considered a Hilton hotel compared to this and I would rather have slept in a barn. The photos of the rooms displayed on-line were totally misleading.

Worst hotel experience ever. There were blood stains on the floor of my room, blanket had holes in it, there was hair under my pillow, room smelled rotten.. The corridor of the hotel looked like a scene from a horror movie, the noise from the cooler in my room was terrible and loud music was playing in room next to me all night. Towels looked like they were used in world war One... the compound was surrounded with druggies which made me feel very unsafe... Would not recommend to anyone, even if it is free...

This place is terrible. Do not stay here. Would not recommend. The room smelled like piss. It had a very strong smell and it was run down. The room was dirty and carpet felt not clean. The best part of this place was the attached sports bar. There were slot machines and pool tables and darts. The whole place needs a renovation and a deep clean.
