Great room, beautiful to walk to resort, easy parking, friendly staff.

We have been to Seascape many times. It has beautiful views and is in a wonderful location! The staff were very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our ocean views immensely! The only reason I didn’t give a higher review was an elevator that was broken during our stay. We were on the 3rd floor and hoofing it with our luggage etc was not a good time! We also notes areas in the place that were thick with dust where they had not been cleaned. The left door on closet was not working.

When we first checked in we went to our room and there was a miscommunication with housekeeping and the room was in fact not ready or clean. We were credited, and loved to a better location actually which was nice. However, we didn’t realize the units are all totally different. Our first unit was totally renovated and a nicer layout with the bedrooms on the same floor. The second unit was a nicer location/view but not renovated at all. The bathrooms were dark and dingy, the dishwasher couldn’t open without slamming into a cabinet handle. The washer unit where you put the soap couldn’t open further than a couple of inches because of running into the fridge. The window sill in the downstairs of our unit was completely falling off, one of the shades for the windows was inoperable(no cord). Next time we will just make sure we push for a renovated unit. Otherwise, the resort is beautiful, the restaurant and service were amazing.

This was our first stay at Seascape, it was a much needed getaway to unwind, relax and recharge. My husband and I were beyond amazed at the beautiful scenery and hotel. Our room was very clean and plenty of space with a view to the pool and ocean. The only thing needed is more security cameras for the parking lots. Unfortunately; when we were loading our luggage in our car, we noticed our car had been hit by another car while parked in the front lobby parking lot. We would have thought cameras would have captured this incident. Although this was a bit frustrating, it won't discourage us from returning for another vacation getaway at Seascape Beach Resort.

We spent the week of Christmas at the resort. The weather was fabulous and there was something for everyone to do. We utilized the fitness club in the village to attend yoga and Pilates classes as well as playing Pickleball and basketball. Played spike ball on the beach each day and watched the sunset from the pool. The village shops are across from the resort with a great coffee shop, pizza parlour, Chinese restaurant, and local grocery store. Left the resort one day for a quick drive into Capitola for clam chowder at Zelda’s on the beach. Seascape was the perfect getaway and we have decided this will become a Christmas tradition for our family.

beautiful grounds and well appointed rooms but you are high up on a bluff (which is a fabulous view but quite the hike down to the beach). spa tub was awesome! kitchenette really does have everything you need (fridge, toaster, microwave, stovetop and even a dishwasher). but in our particular room, the smoke alarm went off after a hot shower and the fireplace smelt like gas. other than that, it's a beautiful resort.

The ocean view was great! The walk down to the ocean was great! It was a nice and relaxing time for everyone.

It was a cozy peaceful stay

The property is beautiful and has good access to the beach. We had the villa booked for our stay and it was really spacious. The only surprising thing, the booking mentioned ocean facing but we got a partial ocean facing.

What a beautiful clean quiet place to stay. Room 618A is must!!! Spa room. Sunset unbelievable! Staff so helpful & friendly.

Beautiful resort, nice clean spacious rooms, however that was it. There was limited dining in the area, beach was not the best, sand was dark and dirty.

Golf cart service around the property

This is truly an escape! Talk about feeling pampered! Seascape was such a treat!

The property is well maintained. The dining room was convenient and the food was good. The service was friendly and efficient. Would have appreciated a firmer bed. It is a good place to stay for people with mobility issues as cart rides are available. The beach is beautiful but a bit of a hike.

Beautiful view that’s about the only thing we liked. Bed was uncomfortable. Jacuzzi tub was disgusting had sand or dirt in it, it really disturbed me, would not recommend.

Great location

For the high price, I would think that the stay should be included welcome bottle water and complimentary coffee in the room. I don’t consider the amenities or this resort as luxury. There’s room to improve.

Staff was very friendly and quick in addressing anything

The property has definitely gone downhill from past years. The unit we stayed in was not pristine. There prices for everything are ridiculous. $20.00 for a burger in the bar. Our bonfire on the beach for 5 people was $299 plus tip. We used to stay at this resort 2-4 times a year. I am afraid we won’t be back.

We stayed here 2 nights and not once during our stay was our room cleaned or otherwise attended to. Very surprising for a resort of this quality. Restaurant meals were adequate ... nothing to brag about but adequate. Resort is actually very pleasant, very well located with great views of the Pacific.

Everything was great! Nice, clean, quiet resort with a nice beach and ocean views. One note, the total cost was $26 more than Travelocity said it would be.

Nice experience, good facilities. No day to day housekeeping. But overall great location and the golf carts down to the beach were very nice!

Aged property with unresponsive staff (except the golf cart drivers). The property has the bones of a resort but is well past its prime, especially given the price point.
