The room was nice! The service was wonderful! The place has a strange vibe, but I can’t really say it was unsafe or dirty, just a little second world.

I had an excellent stay. Very courteous staff, rooms are renovated and super clean. Wonderfully close to LAX, which is why I initially chose the property. Very good value for the price. I would gladly stay at Plaza Inn again!

The hotel manger refuse to give me my room and didn’t give me back my refund. He steal my money. And was very rude to me. I don’t know how you deal with some jungles and gang like this. I will report both you and the hotel for this scam.

Stayed for 3 nights never got cleaning service or new towels.

Polite staff. Clean room. Mostly quiet at night. Good price. I would stay here again.

I chose this property because the room in the pictures looked decent. When I got to the property, I noticed it was in a sketchy part of town. I went to check-in, which occurred at a window with bulletproof glass. Check-in took about 10 minutes, which I thought was excessively long, but the person at the window moved so slowly. She gave me a remote control for the TV in the room and my room key, informed me that if I wanted my room cleaned, I would need to personally tell her there at the window before 11, and that no visitors would be allowed under any circumstances (I'm assuming prostitutes are a common thing here). When I walked in, the room seemed nice, except for the fly that was in my room. The floors and bathroom counter were clearly remodeled. After settling in, I noticed there was no closet, dressers, or space to put my clothes. The only things in the room were the bed, 2 small nightstands, a desk, and a rolling office chair. There was no hairdryer provided, which I thought was standard in any motel. I received one packet of shampoo and one small bar soap. At night, the streets were noisy with music and construction. After I did an initial review of this property after my first night, Plaza Inn sent me a rude and unprofessional message because I did not review them well. I was concerned with the safety of myself and my belongings and was worried they would make up charges for damages to get back at me. I have reported them to Expedia.

The hotel is located in a semi industrial area and locating it could be a little tricky, but the owner and the manager are making great strides to make the rooms clean, freshly painted, add more amenities, bed was very comfortable, bathroom very clean. It was a bargain using my free night which almost covered the full price, I would stay there again.

It was close to downtown LA without being overpriced. The rooms all appear to have been remodeled. Place was much better than I anticipated.

The staff was friendly, rooms were very clean, best cheap hotel I have ever visited.

Bad area didnt feel like it whilw i stayed. Wiyls definitely do it again.

The hotel was not in a good area. Rooms were very nice and updated. I was in a non smoking room and could still smell smoke in the room. Rooms were not noise free. Traffic and air traffic, not to mention people in the next room could be heard most of the night. Not a very restful place.

I love how the property had safe parking only accessible to the guest . Staff was very nice and had great recommendations for where to go to eat and sights to see . 10/10 would recommend

Nice and quiet tenants however dont know how to park and made it difficult for me to park i also had scratches on my car when i woke up
