Friendly management that’s helpful.

Well at first we were pleased with the size of the room, the cozy bed for the price. Then we notice under the bed there's DOG FOOD and dog hair all kinds of dirt.... then we notice the bed sheets had not been changed in who knows how long. Bed was full of dirt and hairs .. even found a shard of glass or hard plastic in the bed! Front desk 2as pleasant... Everything else was nice for the price. Surprised there was water in the pool ... Didn't go near it to be able to see how clean it warm it might have been but from driving passed I could tell it at least had water in it!

Bed sheets & towels were clean but nothing else. Tub was digusting and would drain super slow (taking a shower in the pool of water). Cockroaches roaming freely. They are renovating, so hopefully they do a good job and you are lucky to get renovated room.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Yes, the price may be tempting. The room I was given was absolutely filthy. When I got to the room, the door was wide open - literally hanging open. You couldn’t breathe because of the smoke and marijuana stench. Bugs crawling on the ceiling. Blinds were broken and anyone outside could literally see right in if they wanted to. Mattress was stained with blood or something red. Pillows and blanket were stained. The entire place was filthy - floors had dust and trash everywhere. Walls were nasty - dirt and grime built up on them. Shower floor was peeling and cut open. Toilet had stains all over it. People live in these apartments seeing as they had a referral bonus for tenants in the office. I had to ask for a refund and leave. The ladies in the office were very nice but I wouldn’t pay a dime to stink like a cigarette and battle bugs all night.

This place is pretty bad. It looks like someone tried to get in the room with a crow bar. The tv doesn’t work. The window shades are taped to the window with duct tape.

I did like the price, but know I now why. The tv doesn't work and attendant told me maintenance is gone so there is nothing that can be done. Roaches in bathtub and on walls. Toilet wouldn't flush. Overall very bad.

They put all new mulch down in the flowerbeds. It was all very nice and clean. The staff was excellent and very professional.

the only nice thing to say about this place was the greeting from the lady at front desk. blinds across the windows were broke so people could look in, i had to place a towel over the broken area. (no curtains). people outside smoking around the walkway and cars when signs say no smoking near building. i took a shower but was very careful of where i placed my belongings on the back of the toilet, not wanting them to touch the floor. after my shower i looked for hair dryer and found under the sink had not been cleaned in a long while. that's when i noticed the sink it self had not been cleaned either. i showed the pictures to the lady at front desk and she tried to call someone but it was very late. i told her the room smelled of cigarette smoke also but i think she already knew that people smoke in the rooms. i was so exhausted i slept on top of the bed and left very early in the morning before the front desk staff arrived.

Dog next door barked all night huge dog. Lobby closed so no complaints. Had laundry room locked hr after i called . It opened at 8 not 9

1-No coffee maker. 2-didn’t give me wifi password. 3-Front desk didn’t return my call to ask about coffee and password. 4- At 11:30pm woke to find people trying to get into my room, they had key and unlocked door, rattling and pushing but I had dead bolted. I shouted at them out window— it was a couple —they said they’d been given this room by front desk. They left. Terrifying until I saw who they were. Then infuriating.

Nothing rooms not ready took 4 rooms to find a clean one and lost one hour

worst motel ever. The room was very dirty. Dust everywhere. cod air was coming inside through the gap under the door. The heater was broken

It was a quick stay for a local event. The staff was friendly. Easily located to food and shopping.

Not as advertised, no microwave, no coffee maker, no tissues, only a sheet and a ratty quilt to cover up with, dirty! In need of repair!

It was super sketchy and so were the people

I felt very unsafe at this property. There was a man following me in the parking lot, and another man yelling about the police outside my room. The room was disgusting too. When I went to the front desk and explained the situation I wasn’t offered a refund or even an apology, and checked out immediately.

I can't really submit a review on this property because I actually didn't STAY at this place.I read the reviews and after reading several of the most recent ones I decided to go to another nearby property after driving through the parking lot here.

Ordered online a "queen suite" room, non-smoking. My friend and I got to the room, and it was very obviously smoked in and was only a full size bed. We went back to the office and requested to switch rooms. The second room that we were given was in fact non-smoking, but the bed was still a full and there were flies in the room. This hotel DOES NOT GIVE SHAMPOO OR SOAP in the bathroom either. The shower was not the most clean. and there was a man outside our room on drugs talking to himself for an hour, as well as a drug deal happening on the corner of the balcony out front. We went back to the office again and asked for a refund and found a different hotel 30 miles away (as everything else was completely booked for the weekend due to events).

Simply put, this place is a dump. It's an old dirty motel. Rooms showed some renovation, but were dirty with bugs in tub and sink. Photo does not represent rooms at all. Not worth the low price. Wouldn't pay $25 to stay in this nasty place again.

It was a place to stay, no frills just a bed and bath for a good price. The room was mostly clean.

It was right off Interstate 81

The room was not what was shown on the website and it smelled like cigarettes and d food. Everything was very dated which would be fine if it looked like it was cared for . Furniture was beaten up and I dont think there were towels or soap etc. We left within 5 minutes of stepping into the room . I believe I saw posted on the door daily , weekly and monthly rates.

Night manager called police on me for sitting in a car too long. Thats instead of coming over and asking is everything is allright. When police left she came over and told me "im sorry but its your own fault, i got suspicious, why dont you sit inside your room?". So she takes no responsibility for anything at all, everyone around her is guilty but her. Bad approach on life. While there were at least 10 marginal looking people hanging out on a street and she didnt call police on them. No idea whats up with that place hiring marginal people but definitely not staying there ever again. Fire that night manager please for your own business good. That was Saturday sept/17.2022. Better pay 20$ extra and go sleep anywhere ellse.

The property was nice and clean. The room the same. The staff was welcoming. Nice and quiet.

When we entered the room, there was no furniture-only the bed. 1 set of towels in the bathroom and no shower curtain around the tub. We purchased bathroom cleaner to clean our own toilet. The blinds had a hole that we had to cover with paper so people walking by couldn't see in our room. Very, very poor motel.
