Great, clean place near the Malecon! I stayed in the "Malecon" room with king bed and balcony and really loved it. VERY clean and a very nice, English-speaking staff. Hairdryer, towels, shampoo, bath soap and refrigerator provided. The breakfast consists of one cup of coffee, fruit, a smoothie and bread/butter. If you'd like more, it is available at a cost. The only issue I had was that sometimes someone would turn on the hall light in the middle of the night and it would wake me up, since the doors have frosted glass. Otherwise, really great stay.

My opinion is anything excellent principally the personal Service.

My mother-in law stayed there. The house was very clean, and the personal service was good. The location is close to everything, so I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

This property is a gem. Everything about it is first class, the rooms, the people, the food. We have stayed in many casa particulars in Cuba and this is the best.

Hostal Calis Habana was a great place to stay on our first visit to Havana, full of helpful and kind staff such as Sandra and Indira. It feels more like a boutique hotel than a casa particular. Though Vedado requires a taxi ride to Habana Vieja and the centro, unless you're up for a lot of walking (we were), it is a quiet and clean part of the city. The home has been nicely restored, and it is walkable to good restaurants. If you're looking for a serene, lovely space away from the bustle of the old city, you have found your place.

this is very nice place. it is a palace and people who work in that place are very helpful and really super friendly. i will stay in that place every time i will visit Havana

The location is very convenient. The property is well maintained and the staff are phenomenal, all of them were helpful, polite and always pleasant. Even despite an island wide power failure they maintained their composure and really looked after all the guests. Sandra, Arlety, Melissa and Indira were very nice and made the stay in Cuba a pleasant one. I will return to Cuba and will stay at Hostal Calis.

The management and staff did the best to make the entire stay very pleasant with the lovely service in a clean and comfortable space well decorated

The style is a boutique Hotel, you feel like you are in Europe, clean and nice decor!

Hostal Calis Habana is in a quiet street within walking distance of restaurants and the Malecon. The house is beautiful with plenty of rooms and very comfortable. The owners are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, one of the best on our trip.

They are attentive, intelligent and knowledgeable about all things Cuba. There was always someone who spoke English. They offered an amazing Valentines dinner that was the most romantic and delicious dinner of my life! The bar was great and the breakfast that’s included was perfect. I will stay here next time I’m in Havana.

We had a wonderful stay, 10 minutes away by cab to the town. The place is well kept and nicely decorated. We felt like home. The staff are helpful, with special mention to Anita who answered to all our needs. The breakfast spread was excellent with an egg done to any style, toasts, fresh fruits, fresh juice and a pot of aromatic Cuban coffee! We decided to stay with them again after our return from 2 nights in the Viñales. They were nice to keep our big suitcase for us while we were away.
