The lady that checked us in was a little rude and the breakfast was horrible. The hotel seems a little outdated. Very noisy on the floor above us.

A very comfortable stay. Perfect size room for my family. Very grateful for the advice from our fellow Australian front reception man.

Not exactly what I would call a suite. But the room was very comfortable, as was the bed.

Hotel is misadvertised on this site. Staff were very rude and unkind. Messages to the hotel via Hotels.com went unanswered and issues were left unresolved.

Beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very spacious. We were all impressed.

The front desk person who works at night was super friendly. He gave us food recommendations as well as a couple free drink tickets to a restaurant nearby. The room was spacious and very clean. The grounds were also well kept. The neighborhood was great with lots of food options and shopping right next door. The mall is across the parking lot from the hotel. Lots of stuff within walking distance

Staff not at desk, they stay behind the wall and you have to get their attention before them come out and serve you. Walls paper thin. Food stale and boring, no variety for hot breakfast. Over priced for the service.

Had accessible room for 4 adults plenty of room and comfortable. A good continental breakfast with plenty of choices would recommend gladly

Bella check us in and was very helpful on telling us where to go for supper.. beds are suoer comfortable and breakfast was great!!

What a wonderful hotel!! The room is wonderful and so very clean!! The beds and pillows are comfortable and the linens are just right!! We have become hotel “snobs” and have expectations and this hotel hit the mark. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great location in Golden/west Denver. Everything seemed brand new. They even provided free drink coupons for restaurant next door!

Staff and cleanliness

My family was in town to see a concert at Red Rocks. We LOVED this SpringHill Suites! NICK,NICK, NICK! It started with the best front desk man Nick who had the best personality and intentions for our stay. Anytime you'd see him he asked about our stay The entire staff was pleasant and helpful, and the room, was spacious and clean. SAFE. Great location, delicious breakfast with numerous options. The pool and gym were also superb. Next year when we return we will definitely stay at this SpringHill Suites.

Very very clean will stay again

This hotel was extremely clean, which is what I look for mostly when looking for a hotel. They kept up on clean towels and also made my 5 year old’s bed and set up his stuffed animals on it, so it was a very nice gesture, and he was very happy when we came back to the room that night and his bed was all made up for him. Only 1 small complaint- the pool was closed for maintenance the time we tried to go to it so were kind of bummed about that but that had it re-opened the very next day. All in all, very happy with our stay and will definitely look for this hotel chain for our next vacation.

Overall great stay. Very nice property. Room was very clean, staff was very friendly, complimentary breakfast was great, and location was very convenient for us for some excursions while visiting the Denver area. Would definitely stay there again.
