The room itself was nice. The pool area had roaches everywhere. And laundry room smelt horrible. We asked for extra pillows and blankets beginning of our stay and never received them.

Its was great the staff is great i really like this location the parking is locked key only the room was comfortable but it was dusty i wiped it down w lysol wipes and it was ready to go. My son loved the indoor pool.

Great location. Secure, and well maintained. The hallway was a little muggy, so I would suggest lowing the A/C or creating some other form of ventilation.

Arrived a little after 2pm to check in. Most hotels will allow guests to check in before your time (in this case 3pm). When I walked in I noticed 2-3 kids running around the lobby. They seemed comfortable there so I assumed they were for the lady with long lashes behind the front desk. I walked up asked to check-in. Well, she made me feel like I was bothering her (when her kids were running around the main lobby area). She was rude and said there would be an additional charge for early check-in for 45 minutes early. turned around and left. She made me regret booking the room.

The Hotel appeared to be clean upon arrival to the lobby, however upon entering room we found hair that was left behind in shower drain and stains on the shower curtain which appeared to be blood or feces. I didn't want to get near them to see exactly what it was. The hallways were clean as well as the breakfast area. Staff was friendly but the cleanliness was subpar.

Such a clean and gorgeously decorated hotel. It’s new. Would definitely stay here again! Loved the amenities of the pool, outdoor grill and awesome gym. Even the gated parking was a plus.
Only downside was the breakfast. It was awful. And I’m not a picky eater. But the hot food was cold and just lacked flavor. On the last day, we still ate it and both ended up with stomach aches for the rest of the morning.
Outside of the breakfast, this place was clean and beautiful and we loved our stay! Definitely check this place out but plan to eat breakfast elsewhere.

Hotel is in a relative good neighborhood where I felt safe. Parking is in a secure lot with easy entry/exit with key card. Very clean facility and rooms that are well-maintained. Very good breakfast buffet. Pleasant and professional staff.

I love this hotel!! This is my second time at this location. I just wished they had bagels :(

The room was not cleaned well at all. Worst part first, I had to kill a roach in the bathroom. The coffee maker and ice holder had dust all over them. There were stains on the couch. Stains on the shower curtain. There was a sock still on the floor that definitely did not belong to us. We even found two other left behind items from guests (baseball cards and some type of dentistry kit) that looked like it’d been there forever. They are clearly not cleaning these rooms thoroughly. It was very uncomfortable being there after seeing these things. Side note, we asked for an extra comforter, but they said they didn’t have any.. this makes me question how they are turning over the rooms if they don’t have extras to swap them out. Just a dirty vibe overall.

When we first pulled in was very pleased with the gates that had to use the room card to get in. Felt very safe. Hotel and room was extremely clean. Bed was so comfortable we didn’t wake up in time for breakfast. Check in was fast and easy and staff was excellent. Will be staying again soon.

We had several power outages throughout the day and the weather wasn’t a factor. We also seem to have a “timer” on the hot water.

Never will I stsy there again the room had roaches, we were compensated the room but that did not take care of the concern staying ina room with roaches. The kitchen was dirty behind the coffee pot. Stay away!

LOVED our stay. Indoor pool, nice gym that we used, even had a bar that was open Thanksgiving evening (though we didn’t go). 10/10. Close to Houston. Only took 15-20 mins to get to the actual heart of Houston. Our housekeeping lady was so nice. I wish I remembered everyone’s names. Definitely staying here again.
