Clean, good breakfast

Nice and clean hotel friendly staff quick check in good area to shop and to get food.

The water heated quickly. The temperature was easily adjusted in the room. bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. Should have oatmeal for those trying to avoid gluten. Also should have a non dairy option. Checking in and out with the app was easy. Get your ice bucket downstairs as there isn’t one in the room.

We have stayed at this property many times over the years and have always found it a perfect stopover. Unfortunately, this trip left us questioning where we’ll stay next time. We entered an empty lobby and had a luke warm welcome and were not offered water. The TV in our room advised that the subscription to basic channels (TV) was not renewed and we were unable to watch any football games (women’s all-star wrestling was our sports option). My husband called reception and was told to watch in the lobby but those TVs had no further coverage. Breakfast was a smaller selection and bagels were hard and wet.

Stay was nice not happy with the pet charge Calling company as it was never disclosed by front desk and I paid Thru hotels.com for room. Also could not have breakfast as there was none ready and several outside workers in dining area no space.

I've stayed there many times over several years. It's a place i really like, i will continue staying there.!

The hotel and room were clean but my room faced the road so lots of road noise during the night. I didn’t find the breakfast appealing.

First time my stay at a Tru by Hilton was less than wonderful. Front desk staff was rude. There was mold in the shower and residue from a previous guests' soap on the soap holder in the shower. Some rather imposing men hanging around the front door even though there was a lovely sitting area out back that was completely unused. Won't stay at the Lake City Tru again.

Nothin available breakfast. No eggs, no bagels, no bread for toast. No orange juice, machine out of order. No snack bars.

Good place to stay for a night or two. Most people are just passing by. Lake City is in the middle of a trip, if you are coming from Atlanta, Tallahassee, Jacksonville, etc.

The AM staff was lazy and unprofessional. To busy watching YouTube videos on how to do her nails to be inconvenienced with guests . Pancake machine did not work. A shame, walk away with bad impression, when the hotel was clean, convenient and check-in staff was friendly and helpful.

I was impressed that this property is so clean considering the price! Keep up the great work! Your cleaning crew definitely deserves a raise!:)

Nice hotel to have a reunion, plenty of comfortable seating. Staff was nice and accommodating. Clean rooms.

A little noisy due to interstate.

Let me start by saying I have been here before… My drive is about 3 hours from where I live- Three years ago, my first visit here was wonderful… However, my recent visit here was awful. Upon checking in a little after four, they said my room wasn’t ready which OK that was fine, I needed to go run an errand anyway. When I came back, I checked in and went to the room, everything was fine however, I did find a big huge insect in the room. My boyfriend killed it thank goodness- when I got in the bed, I felt something wet. I thought maybe something had spilled from my bag but when I checked my bag, everything was intact… We went to dinner, and when we came back to go to sleep the bed was still wet. So we lifted the covers and found a huge wet spot, so I called the front desk to get new linens. Inconveniently I had to go get them they didn’t bring them to me which was weird but OK, so here we are taking off the sheets, and I’ll be damned if somebody peed the bed. I just can’t believe that housekeeping had the nerve to not see that much less change the sheets. Obviously housekeeping isn’t changing out the sheets or they would have noticed that instantly like we did. I was mortified and disgusted and very disappointed. The staff were all very accommodating and nice besides the man who worked overnight. We did get switched to a different room, however it wasn’t the same. I don’t think that I will choose to stay here again after the disaster we came across this time.

To noisy and too many lights on at night. It is right by interstate but the lights made it hard to get back to sleep. Need better shades to tune out the light.

Property was well maintained and quiet. Very accessible to the interstate.

Front check in to check out , we had an amazing experience. The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The hot breakfast was a plus. We will definitely stay with Tru again if needed
