The room we were in was nasty, the toilet was broken when you sit down on it. AND THERE WERE ROACHES EVERYWHERE!! The staff said the orkin man was coming to spray when he did come he only sprayed a little around the frig..IT DIDNT HELP!! It price was cheap so i guess u get what u pay for!!!

The staff was very understanding & helpful in our situation. The front desk worked woth us till our issue was resolved. But THE PLACE IS OVER RAN BY ROACHES!! ROACHES crawling on hallwalls. We checked in there was roaches crawling up our door to our room.

This place was so dirty. This place had bugs and was very unsafe. They stopped my keys from working befor checkout. The heating and cooling didn't work the tv didnt work. The wall had several holes in it. The door looked like it was kicked in and it wasn't repaired properly. The bathroom had no light and the toilet was not stable it lifted up every time I used it. I booked a week and only stayed one night. They should be closed down. I have photos I can share.

Staff canceled my booking and gave my room to someone else very rude and disrespectful laughed and told me to go somewhere else I will never ever recommend this place for anyone

Parking lot needs help & needs some better curve appeal. Our room is in the back of the motel,but are not allowed to enter from the back doors not even with key, Have to walk all around the building to the front entrance. Overall maintenance!! The maintenance man (Chris) is rude and disrespectful.

Most part its quiet. Close to 7eleven. Not very clean. You get one free roll of toilet paper then have to pay $1 a roll after that. Had to use hall light to see in bathroom. Couldnt really use microwave, it was dirty with no plate. Cabinets dirty. It has roaches. Couldnt use dresser it was dirty and has cigarette ashes in it. Couldnt lock window or securely lock door.

There was nothing about this place that was satisfactory. Upon checking in, the only thing that even looked clean was the bed linens might have been changed. The TV remote had tape on it to keep the batteries in it and the tape covered some of the buttons so you couldnt even use the remote. Roaches were crawling around, my husband killed a dozen or more within the first half hour and we had to clean the room ourselves. The floors were so dirty that I had to change my mop water several times and they still could have stood to be mopped some more. Upon checking out, we were told that we would not be getting our deposit back because we were smoking in the room. We dont even smoke. There are people that stand outside the side door, at night, that try to sell meth and crack. I do not recommend staying here.

I arrived at this property every thing was fine until I started to move my things in there where roaches coming out the tub and sink the remote was broken into pieces there where no pillows on the bed and there was dead bugs everywhere

Roach infested!!! Property is very ran down!! 0*! NO PHONES! Lights don’t work in room! They keep it dark to cover up BUGS!! Won’t give you a refund! They sit in the office on there personal phone while the office line is busy ALL DAY! Don’t EVER go to them! EVER!

This place is a joke. when you go to check in they demand a $100 cash deposit. No where in the booking did I see that a cash deposit would be demanded. They said that check out had to be between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM so that someone could be available to open the safe to return the deposit. When I went to check out at 8:30 AM the very rude desk girl said that I could check out, but not get the deposit because there was no one to open the safe. When I protested she said that I could come back at 3:00 PM. I had to raise a fit and then someone came and 30 minutes later they did give me back my $100. They seem to pull this stunt so that if you have to leave to catch a flight they just keep your money. They do not give you a receipt for the $100 cash so if you leave you just forfeit your cash. This is my fault for not looking at the reviews and just picking a cheap place near the Airport. NEVER AGAIN! This place was dirty and they did not even have a trash can inside the room. It was a total nightmare. The workers were extremely rude and lied about everything. I don't know why Travelocity would even list such a place on their website. Whatever you do don't stay here!!!

Hotels.com let us book here for one night. When we arrived they stated they could not find out reservation, would not honor it even if they could because they are extended stay only. Worst experience ever on both hotels.com and this hotel. Hotels.con would not return a call and the hotel would not work with us even though it was 10:00 at night and we had a sleeping 5 year old just trying to get a room we had booked and paid for. This property should not be on hotels.com at all. Do not stay under any circumstances.

Please do yourself a favor, do not stay here I had the unfortunate experience of staying here a week. When I arrived at 3:30, there were 6 women sitting in the office behind a glass (one of which was wearing pajamas) all talking to each other. It took 5 minutes for one of them to acknowledge me and said, "You are going to have to wait sir, we are having a shift change." They proceeded to talk to each other about nothing work related for 10 minutes before checking me in. When I got to the room, there were no towels, trash can or TV remote. They did bring me one towel (to use for the entire week), a trash can, and a remote, however it took them 3 tries with the remotes to find one that actually works. The place was filthy, moldy, and I had to kill a few cockroaches. There were nails sticking out of the wall just waiting for you to cut yourself on them. The door had no working deadbolt, and latch was barely holding on where anyone could easily push hard enough on the door and the door would open. They advertised 40" TVs, but it was a 32" at most. The fridge was probably 60 degrees at the coldest setting (when I complained, they did nothing). The walls are paper thin (I could hear my neighbor's TV all night long). On top of all this, after 2 days there, I got bacteria pink eye that took over two weeks to get rid of and two doctor visits. This just shows how well they clean the room between guests. Avoid this place like the plague.

Extremely disappointing. Unclean room and environment. Holes in door. No toilet paper. No face towels... Other guests there very noisy. Price is cheap but honestly would have stayed in car for free if could have received a refund but booking online wouldn't allow for a refund 😕.. stay at your own risk

They don’t take one night stay and they knew that and would not fix it on their site
