i loved how modern all of the furniture was. it was a very pretty glass huge window. and i loved the lobby and eating area. gorgeous hotel and pretty decent price for its location

Skyy and Alex were awesome, professional and courteous. The room was a great size, with everything you could possibly need. It could be cleaner, but generally I was satisfied. Great staff all around. The gym was basic, but it did the trick. Would definitely stay again.

They should add more variety to the breakfasts.

Not a good experience I booked a city view and they we no longer have that view due to new buildings coming up but the sent me to the second floor 😔

Nice place to stay

It was filthy and the noise all night and morning was ridiculous. I complained several times with the manager but sadly since I booked with Expedia they couldn’t and didn’t do anything for me. Oh and it’s seems to be a shelter also. Oh let me not forget to mention that I came here because of Expedias poor and deceitful reviews. And Expedia itself won’t and didn’t rectify because I didn’t tell them immediately and complained to the hotel itself while I came here to lay my father to rest also. They didn’t take absolutely nothing into consideration. Don’t book with this hotel or Expedia.

Roaches were found in my hotel room

I did not like being startled out of my sleep early morning's from loud banging trucks and other industrial noise. It disturbed my sleep my whole stay and I do not feel that the price I paid was worth it at all. I am very disappointed and still tired from not resting.Furthermore the washing machines are smelly like mildew and sometimes they barely have anything for breakfast and their toasters and other machines break down so clients have to have cold hard bagels and egg McMuffins, no creamer for coffee, the juice machines run out and no one is really able to do anything with limited supplies.

The property was very clean and quiet the room was very nice. Loved the rooftop, breakfast was included in the staff which was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property in a good location to get to different barrows wasn’t very far.

I say it’s a homie place. Clean quite great for a person on a business trip. Breakfast is included in The morning. I looooooovvvvveeeeedddd it.

We had a great time staying here. The staff was great but the neighborhood was sketchy.

I am sorry but very bogus experience. In future We need to think twice before booking via Hotels. Com unfortunately. They sold our booked room to higher price . Upon reaching we got shocked when we were told to find other hotel at 9.30 pm. We reached from Canada and with family. Elevator was not working for two day. Breakfast was hand to mouth. Very poor cleaning service. What else need to describe. Our suggestion is to Hotels.com is not to keep this hotel in their list.

there were no pillowcases in the rooms

The elevators went down during our stay over Christmas and we were on the 9th and 10th floors. The manager was very apologetic and waived our parking fees. I would recommend this hotel and neighborhood.

The hotel and its service was really nice but we feared going out and walking in the neighborhood as it felt very unsafe, shady and dirty. Many homeless people in the area.

Very friendly and responsive staff. I had most of my interactions with Skyy, she was so considerate and made sure we were comfortable. The stay was great specially coz of the staff there. Mary's housekeeping was very good. All housekeeping staff and technicians were very kind. Dont remember the other's names, but all of them were soo good. Very responsive. Awesome breakfast with a lot of options every morning. Loved the milk and egg options. In earlier reviews i went through there was a concern mentioned about safety and sketchy. So i was a little cautious during my stay, i should stay it isnt dangerous. Most of the days I had to walk back home around 9 or 10pm in the night. There were absolutely no issues. Will definitely go back to stay. Convenient to main subway lines with one short bus trip.

Very peaceful and staff is friendly

We enjoyed this hotel. It was clean and quiet and the staff was really nice and helpful. I am a platinum member and they did not have any upgrades for our stay, but overal I would stay again.

Friendly staff, very modern and clean hotel. Location in a slightly "rougher" part of town. Rooms not the most sound proof.

I booked on Tuesday and was speaking with staff all the way til check in. They were very warm and welcoming. They accommodated me in setting up the room for a birthday celebration. The room was very clean and decorated nicely. Alice at the front desk made sure to help me in the most welcoming way in getting me checked in. I definitely will make sure to stay here again

The hotel was great altogether. However the location was a bit sketchy. We had to Uber from Queens Plaza to the hotel every night due to the metro being under construction and safety concerns (walking late at night in that neighborhood).

We loved this hotel. I've stayed in the area many times over 12 years. Sure, it's pretty 'rustic' around there. I'm sure many people will not find the streets around the hotel to their taste. But I love it. It's a contrast to the glitz of Manhattan, which I like. I took a friend who hadn't been to NYC before. I wanted her to get a feel for real NYC. Took a risk staying there. However, it was a good decision. We had 3 nights at the hotel. The roof top area is lovely. We caught the sunrise and it was beautiful. Great shots of Manhattan, too. You can walk the 59th Street Bridge across the East River which is a fabulous walk. I also took her to Roosevelt Island. This is one of my fave places in NYC. Peaceful and beautiful. The staff were great. Friendly and welcoming. And the Bel Aire diner in Astoria is a small walk away. I adore the place. I always eat there. We'd stay here again, for sure. If you want a taste and smell of real NYC, and not just the air-brushed gloss of Manhattan, I'd stay here.
