This was the perfect spot for my husband and I to get away as well as work on classwork. Internet was good and beds were very comfortable. The jetted tub was very relaxing and the size of the room was perfect because it allowed some extra room since we traveled with our pet.

It was just an overnight stay, but the Algrarian was a perfect place stay. Conveniently located near Jacko’s and Pismo beach. I think we would have enjoyed exploring Arroyo Grande had we had the time. We’ll be back

Staying at a hotel that was newly built four years ago was a delightful experience. The hotel was clean and quiet, and I particularly enjoyed the neighborhood where this unique hotel was located. If it weren't for staying at this hotel, I might not have even known about such a charming area. Right next to the hotel, there were rows of restaurants, shops, and a small park, making it a beautiful and picturesque neighborhood. It was my first-time visiting Pismo Beach, and staying at this hotel allowed me to discover and appreciate the beauty of this neighborhood. I definitely would like to come back to stay at this hotel, and I really love Pismo Beach.

The staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The size of the rooms was wonderful and the bed really comfortable. Located in the center of town, there were plenty of places to eat within walking distance while it was a short drive to visit Pismo and other local sites. Highly recommend The Agrarian.

I was there for a girls trip and the only complaint I have is that the hot tub was too hot to use. Otherwise, everything and everyone was wonderful! Love the happy hour and good vibes everywhere. Will be returning soon!

Nice clean hotel, in a safe area, in walking distance of shops and restaurants. It is nice they offer charging for EVs. The free breakfast was good. Only complaints are I could hear a lot of noise from other guests, the room we had was all wood floors and that made our dog an uneasy. And lastly the pillows were horrible. I don’t expect hotels to have the best pillows but these were the worst I’ve ever experienced. I left with a very sore neck.

Our stay was amazing. Front desk staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Eric(Airyk on the name tag) checked us in and made us feel like we were home - actually better than home. We will be back.

We were driving to Santa Barbara from San Jose but it was getting late and we decided to stop in Arroyo Grande. We booked the hotel that same evening, just before arriving. We were pleasantly surprised. The person checking us in was so nice, he gave us plenty of recommendations for dinner, breakfast, bakeries, visits etc. The room was large and very quiet. The bathroom had been remodeled because it looked very new and modern. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was included but we decided to go to the nearby bakery, the Mule. I highly recommend it, it’s just walking distance from the hotel. Overall a really nice hotel in a lovely town.

Wonderful stay at the Agrarian. Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were well appointed. My ‘only’ negative was the water pressure in the shower. I would definitely recommend the Agrarian for solo travelers as well as families.

Super super comfortable beds! Memory foam I believe. Best hotel beds I've slept on in a long time (and I've slept in a hotel every month this year!) Hot tub temp was very hot but it felt fine during the cool evenings. Next door to Mason restaurant that was tasty. At the end of the Main Street so very walkable into town. Breakfast was decent self serve.

The bed was comfy, the room was clean and spacious, and the pool and hot tub were small, but clean and well cared for. I'd definitely stay again.
