The low price for clean room.

Great for the price

Gentlemen at front desk was nice enough to show us the room before booking. Beds were comfortable and everything seemed to work. Carpet was really nasty. Probably because they allow pets. Biggest concern was when you pulled the shower diverter it would shoot water into an open hole in the wall around the spigot. This is certainly causing mold in the walls. Bathroom door also sticks. Certainly not the nicest hotel but it was fine for the price and we were only sleeping there one night. No coffee available.

The people who run the place are very nice. There aren’t many amenities although the room did have a fridge and microwave. Some of the other people were noisy. It’s a good place for the price.

Room was very clean. Bed was not very comfortable. Nice for the dogs!

There was no one in check-in office at hotel to answer phone or to check-in in person.

The hotel was fine. The neighborhood was empty around the location. We had really good heat in our room, Since the wind was blowing temperature was on low side appreciated the heat.

Little maintenance being done. Old facility without much TLC.

Nice motor motel All rooms are ground floor where we can park our motorcycle outside our room.

It's an adequate hotel for some rest during your travels but nothing dated.

Affordable pet friendly hotel. Property is quiet and safe. Room well maintained and clean.

Nicely updated classic property. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Also it is affordable.

The room was overall clean but it smelled funny and there were cockroaches. Which, it's New Mexico there are going to be cockroaches but they should probably spray for bugs. It could have just been that room but the smell in the bathroom was weird. I left the fan on and the smell eventually went away.

Place is more run down than expected, but this is just a stop and sleep/shower place, not somewhere to expect a nice stay. AC unit was able yo get the room to where it wasn’t uncomfortable but not to where it was comfortable.

The room was quaint and clean and the shower got very hot. Most importantly, it was QUIET at night. The front office made great recommendations for dinner.

If you don't mind the same hair in the bathroom when you stayed a week apart in the same room, and no one vacuumed the carpet, it's a place to sleep. The bed is comfy, and sheets appeared to be clean. It's a cheaper place to stay if that's all you need is a decent place to sleep. I would stay again.

Clean. Comfortable. The pillows were those mini marshmallows that i detest. The towels were old and gave you a good exfoliation but i find that typical in older hotels. I had to unplug the mini fridge as it made a noise. I found plenty of phone charging spots and the wifi was good. I think this place is a good value for the money.

Super comfortable bed, hot shower, cold fridge , good microwave. Convenient to Road, very quiet. The only negative is NO COFFEE in room and not offered in lobby.

Just what one would expect for the price. Only issue was a fairly pungent (sewer) smell in the bathroom. I got what I paid for. No serious complaints.

It looks alright, but previous occupants left hole in wall behind door, they need to call an exterminator, I saw numerous roaches, large ants, and moths inside. It is a budget type motel, so I don’t expect amenities, but I was nervous about keeping my eyes closed. The staff was nice enough, the appearance of the hotel is nice, the room, with the exception of the bugs, adequate.

We stayed here only 1 night as part of a cross country trip. Check in was friendly and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to park right outside our room. This is an older Route 66 motel. The furnishings were a little dated but were clean and did not pose any issues. I would stay here again.

My husband and I were traveling from California to Missouri and we stopped in Tucumcari, New Mexico for the night. My husband was so tired from driving he was getting in bed when he moved the pillows about 3 roaches came out. We immediately went to the front desk and asked for a refund. The guy wanted to give us another room but no way in hell we were going to stay there. Needless to say Expedia let us down by not giving us a refund. All we wanted was to stay in another hotel for the night. I've been a member of Expedia for over 20 years and have never complained. I'm so disappointed in Expedia.

Clean, nice and friendly. No big bells and whistles but I don't need those. The only suggestion - more trash cans in the room.

Had read in the other reviews that room was ok clean and updated but , Would not stay here again , had a lot of bugs inside room . It’s a lil out dated , room was dirty . Beds where very uncomfortable couldn’t sleep much . Ac unit is so small never cooled room . I think any other motel would be better than this one .

Tolerable for the price. Entry door jam previously broken so security was concern.

The door to the bathroom would lock and stay locked, we had to jingle the knob to open very frustrating. The beds not comfortable. The only giod thing room was clean.

Very nice, quiet stay. Very comfortable bed. refrigerator and microwave.

Don’t let the name fool you. Budget Inn, had a very good room and deserves attention. Everything was clean and modern in the room. It was a great stay.

Main office was very rude, did not want to acknowledge my reservation I made online, I had to argue and prove it multiple ways that I made reservations.

It was solid motel from the mid-century era. It’s been remodeled mostly & from walking the property, I can tell the owners are not done. It was clean & very dog friendly, which a huge plus for me.
