The hotel is in a lovely area and just 10 minutes from the touristy area. I loved the boutiques down the street. Also, the desk welcome was extremely efficient and help!

Guest service was awesome

Decent buffet breakfast but the breakfast hall is a bit tiny, helpful and friendly staff, room was clean and bed comfy, could get hot water from ground floor breakfast hall when needed, no kettle or cups provided in the room but there was a small fridge, no slippers and no wardrobes for your clothings and belongings but a safe and hanging rack with hangers provided. And the best part was the location, 5 min walk to the Valencia Cathedral and the nearest metro only 5 min walk. All in all a good hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

It ia located in an amazing area of Valencia. The hotell is nice an I will return for another stay in the future.

First, the good news: Antonio and Rosa were very helpful and informative. I got lots of tips about restaurants, how to get around, etc. Both of them were superb! The bad news: make sure to request a room away from the street if you want to get a good night's sleep. This neighborhood is very noisy. I am thankful that I was able to change my room to a much quieter one after the first night. Also, while I am speaking about noise: I don't know who designed the doors to the rooms, but you basically have to slam them in order to get them to close. So you hear constant slamming from people entering and exiting their rooms. And now for my last criticism: the breakfast room is very small, and they require you to select a specific 30-minute time slot in which to eat. I am not a morning person, and don't like to be rushed, especially when I am on vacation. This was a very disagreeable part of my stay at the hotel.

Location: perfect, 2 mins walking from placa de la reina. Employees: amazing ppl! Everybody super nice and kind. Rooms: bigger than what it looks on the picture, bed very comfortable, possibilitu to open the window. To improve: ventilation in the rooms (bathroom smells like humid as the ventilation is not powerfull enough) and breakfast (more fresh products would be nice. Overall highly recommended for 2/3 nights in valencia.

This hotel is in a great location, an easy walk to the old town and many shops and restaurants. The biggest drawback was the room air conditioning. We had to ask to allow us to turn the thermostat down and, even when we did to 18 degrees Celsius, it wasn't anywhere close to that temperature. The room was hot, and Valencia has a warm climate much of the year so this should be addressed. The people and service were really nice.

The perfect location for a city trip to Valencia. Close to the center with all its shops and restaurants. Metro Colòn is close and perfect for reaching the airport. The hotel itself is clean with a great helpful staff. Our room had a perfect airconditioning during our (very) hot stay in July.
