Was affordable and conveniently located for my overnight stay on road trip between BC and AB.

Happy Salmon motel was a nice surprise. Although it doesn't look fancy from the outside, the suite is roomy and comfy. We have a quiet night and fully restored on our way from Banff park. Beds are comfy and unit have everything inside. Temperature was comfortable and unit was warm when we arrived.

Surprisingly it was great. Lived the size of room. Perfect for our family.

We are on the way to Yoho and Banff national park. The hotel is very convenient, close to freeway. The staff is nice, he gave us a room which is not facing the road. The room is clean, and was renovated. Only thing is the bed is too soft. But the price is so good, so we are happy to stay here for one night.

Pros: Easy to find as it's right off the highway but not noisy, friendly efficient check in, large room with table to work at, looks newly renovated, good wifi, updated bathroom, good value for price. Cons: no hair dryer in bathroom

Small motel away from main downtown areas so felt safe for parking overnight. Good price, Nice staff. Older buildings but very clean and updated rooms.

Hotel described as "lake front". There was no lake in sight. That was the rwason we booked this particular hotel.

It was neat and clean but the furniture in the TV room did not have comfortable seating for 2 people.

Large gap at bottom of door (no threshold) allowing bugs to enter room. Greatly overpriced ($172w/tax) for what we got.

Owners were amazing during the recent wildfires in the area. Rooms were clean and recently renovated, the owner took care of us after we were told to evacuate. Will definitely return.

Clean rooms with lots of space, but very basic. Exterior of Motel is looking a bit tired, but the rooms are adequate. Cost seemed high for the quality of the accommodations, but it is less expensive than many other places in Sicamous area, so seems worth it.

Walked through the door into a big room with a table and 2 chairs, then through to a separate very spacious bedroom, with a big comfy bed. Separate bathroom with bath and shower. A very nice room and smells lovely. Great air con - very hot weather. Coffee maker, tea, coffee and fridge. Outdoor seating /picnic area.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. The staff were very rude and I was charged even though I did not stay at the hotel. I was driving home from the Vancouver coast to Alberta and felt I could not keep my eyes open to safely make it all the way to the hotel. I had to stop for rest sooner and book a different hotel. I tried to explain this to the hotel staff and was told me they do not care about my situation and that I should not complain. I understood I missed my deadline for a refund but no need to be so rude over the phone to a customer. I was so shocked how they spoke to me knowing they already had my money.

This is a refurbished motel. A bit quirky, but very clean and comfortable. If you're looking for something that isn't fancy but is a very clean place to stay, this place is great.
