Great hotel. Near Airport but no Airport “noise”.

Beautiful hotel. Well kept and clean. Front desk very friendly and helpful.

Except for the toilet and shower sharing and common sliding glass door, everything else is great. Good quality breakfast, clean pool and beds. Toilet freshener would be a good idea.

Excellent as always. Helpful staff, clean rooms, fun decor and design.

We were scheduled to arrive last November 10, 2023 and check out on Monday. We ended up arriving late and witnessed a screaming match between two male guests and young girl behind the counter. The two guests were screaming and yelling that they had just checked in about 6 hours ago and they were bitten up by cockroaches bed bugs and silverfish. They said it's absolutely filthy dirty, and I said to them "well you think we should stay here"? He said I wouldn’t let my dog stay here and I’m a medical doctor and director for this Sarasota area. I’m reporting them to the health department commissioner. Don't pay the bill and get your money back so we left what a disaster.

The hotel was new and in an excellent location, the breakfast was amazing, the hed was VERY comfortable but the sofa, desk chair not so much..the bathroom was weird for it had one sliding glass door for the toilet and shower (no tub)..the pic online showed a wand in the shower and our room did not have one and we had the premium room..the shower head hung straight overhead and not at an angle out of the wall so it was different for us..other than that it was a good place and very friendly and family oriented clientele in a great location right on the airport grounds.

I found bed bugs in my bed. I let the staff know and they replied “ewwww, we’ve had a number of other complaints about bed bugs!” They are knowingly booking rooms while the hotel is infested with bed bugs. Stay clear of this place. I had to throw away all of my belongings so that I did not bring bed bugs into my house. I contacted their corporate office and asked them to compensate me for my ruined belongings and they wouldn't. Through the entire communication process, they were extremely unprofessional. Their problem quickly became my problem. I'm terrified bed bugs might have made their way into my home because of this. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

Excellent all around with one exception- vanity needs brighter lighting at the mirror. Well designed and executed hotel.

Let me just say this is a very thorough review and this place is Great, so the few criticisms are minor. At the first walk in you see a boutique style lobby with quirky decor and Beautiful surroundings. Only thing I didn't like in that lobby was the SMELL. Had a overly perfumed scent, made me a little sick at times The staff was professional and calm. They have a coffee bar and bar right there too. A dinning room for breakfast buffet which was fair. 630 to10am. Candy, etc.other drinks, even alcohol in refrig to buy. WE liked that it had two Entrances front to back with automatic doors. The hallways were lit up with vertical led lights on sides of each door to the room. Nice ! Cool Effect. They also has quirky decor with sayings under them. The room is large has nice frig but NO microwave. Disappointing....you cant warm up coffee or leftovers or anything. Have to go down to the lobby for that. But the positives outweigh any of that and those are easy to fix. The Best Gym we ever saw in a hotel. It has EVERYTHING! treadmill, elliptical, stair climber, Bike, Universal, Olympic set and swat rake, Weight bench, A ton of various Hand Weights, various Kettle bells, Medicine balls all mirrored to shadow box. Water and towels. Great Pool and Jacuzzi But could be hotter!! Sauna we couldn't get into for some reason our cards didn't work. The receptionist was also a Barista doing others coffees. which I would think to be stressful for them but everyone was calm and accommodating

Quite as usual. No cable or internet unfortunately. Just didn’t have the time to say anything. I have my phone and hotspot that make up the inconvenience to have to say anything. Also, one of the last times I was there. I had a balcony and the door had no hardware, just a wire to keep the door closed. I get the location is by the SRQ airport…

This hotel had so many unique, artistic touches! I enjoyed the decor and (generally) the ease of service (WiFi, drinks/snacks, parking, etc). One particular frustration that I encountered on two of my four days at the hotel was the fact that the key card would not open my door. In fact, after several failed attempts to open my door, I generated 4 new keys and they all failed to work. I required the help of a hotel attendant on 2 days (despite the ‘green light’ affirmation from the card generator). Overall, the bed was comfy, it was relatively easy to park and enter, and I enjoyed the proximity to the airport (which did NOT affect my sleep… the hotel was VERY quiet). I recommend to other travelers.

I was in town and saw this hotel on grand opening. They decided to try it out for one day ended up staying 14 days because Staff in hotel were outstanding. Years later, it’s my only choice when visiting Sarasota. It continues to grow and make adjustments to make your stay Happy.

The positives with this hotel are its proximity to the airport, shops and islands. The breakfast was good and the room clean. However, likely in an attempt to be different, there are a few problems. The shower and toilet are in separeate cubicals but strangely share one door. The wash hand basin is in the bedroom so there is no privacy to wash if there is more than one of you in the room. We also found the hotel very noisy. All noise bounced around the concrete walls.

Young hip vibe - no separate bathrooms-toilet and shower separated by glass sliding door. Sink opposite bed. Good breakfast additional $4.00. Near Ringling but a drive to beaches. Couldn’t get refund for one night when cancelled due to emergency. Friendly service.

Clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were nice. Very close to airport. Sauna and other amenities available for extra charge (did not use). As others noted, the toilet/shower set up is weird because only one or the other can shut the door at any one time. We had breakfast included and it was satisfactory, not anything special.

After getting used to the decor the stay was excellent. Comfortable bed, nice view, quiet for its airport location and good breakfast (real bacon cooked right!).I don’t understand the “luxury” they advertise. It’s a fine hotel but no more luxurious than others nearby just different. I missed having a coffee maker in room and an easily available ice machine would be nice ( ice is available on request at the desk but really, is that luxury?).

Great place…my husband and daughter loved it! Came for a soccer tournament during spring break time and we were nervous we wouldn’t find a good place. The hotel was awesome! They loved it and would come back again! Thank you!

Bathroom was dirty. Don't look up! Their breakfast was very good.

This is a fun hotel. It is innovative and set up like the modern hotels in Europe. The staff was professional and helpful. The $4 breakfast was vey good. A delightful stay.

Great experience. Friendly front desk. Great breakfast. You won’t be disappointed.

Nickel and dime you. Early check-in an hour early costs $20 and the room might be uncleaned. $5 to park, extra $ to use pool and facilities. No USB plug-in anywhere in the room and light switch locations were strange. Not a bargain, not recommended

When we arrived we did self check in. Went to the room and someone else was in the room. We went back down stairs and they were so apologetic, fixed the issue, and upgraded our room. The atmosphere was fun. The room lighting was a little difficult to figure out but it was a nice room. I was worried initially about the unfinished concrete but it didn’t affect anything. There were some things that you can tell they were still fixing (open outlets, covered smoke alarms) but all in all nice.

Everything was great. The bare concrete walls and ceiling were my only concern and they blended well into the modern art-deco vibe rather than looking/feeling unfinished. Pictures didn’t do this place justice. One (and only)area for improvement- the juice at breakfast. Get real juice. Really liked the in room amenities, the little things- wireless charger, extra hooks for towels/clothes, vanity mirror. Lots of little touches. Fantastic stay, my first choice next time I’m in the area.

Great place to stay!! We really loved our experience starting with check in, the attention to detail, the decor, beautifully appointed large clean rooms, and a fantastic breakfast! Will visit again.

What I liked: staff was friendly, caring, efficient. Restaurant food was excellent, expect tasty small plates, good wine selection. Good breakfast but doesn’t open until 730am. Not the best hotel room for sharing with a friend as there is no privacy, sink is in the room, there is a small room for the toilet and one for just the shower-the two rooms share the same door. The shower door does not close all the way and is directly across from the full length mirror so the other person can see into the shower. The hotel staff says there is a handicap assessable room with one bed that affords more privacy. Bathroom on the main floor was not clean but the rest of the hotel was clean, new and modern.

Cute boutique hotel room but still roomy enough to do my morning Yoga-Burn exercise session. I loved the decor/style of the room and it was thoughtfully done with regards to saving space. Smart! The staff was very friendly as well! It was very close to the airport so that was so convenient for an early morning flight home. I never used the pool as I went to the beach instead but I had breakfast and that was good. I would stay again!

Need a restaurant w regular food!

Customer services and policies are terrible. I understand this is a boutique hotel, but they did not give us a refund or even a credit for a future stay when we had to cancel since our flight was cancelled due to a snowstorm.

Nice hotel close to the Sarasota Airport. Airport noise was not an issue. Nice room, bed was on soft side. Parking on site, breakfast is available.

The hotel was fine, room was attractive enough and rating was lower due to 2 things. First, no coffee in room. No one coming from the west coast time zone wants to worry about sitting an alarm so you can race down to the restaurant with bedhead and grab coffee before they stop service. Second, there was a roach in the room on my second day. I smashed it. I was there to spend time with my dying mom so did not want to pack up all my stuff and change rooms with one more day left. (I did not see more or I would have). Room was small with no furniture but bed and one kitchen type chair under a small counter/shelf running under TV. Think IKEA design - all shelves and 0 drawers. If you are in that room, you have to sit in that one chair or lay on bed.

Toilet room was way too small.

Great place to stay. It is a unique experience inside. Very clean and very kind and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again and again.
