Clean and tidy older building right in town centre with excellent service.

Room was clean , bed was comfortable , air conditioner worked . Only negatives - room was dated & old , only 1 Power point for the fridge , no power points near bed . Had to boil jug in the bathroom

This is an old building right in the centre of town. Across the road from a big park and the main bus/coach stop. Handy to all shops and restaurants in Cooma and the gaol and museum. The property is not 4 star but it is clean and tidy, very quiet and has car parking at the rear which is very handy. Great for a 1 night stopover. There is no elevator so only book if you can walk the stairs.

Was perfect value for money. Property was what you'd expect and very clean. Could do without the single use small plastic toiletries to save on plastic, but this would be my only tiny criticism. Staff was welcoming and very friendly :) I will certainly be coming back again if it stays this affordable.

Norman was a great host. The property is centrally located in Cooma town with access to all amenities.
The property provided tea and coffee facilities, toiletries and towels.
Has a common area with a small kitchen toaster, fridge and basic utensils.
Rooms are clean and warm and cozy specially for winter. The reverse cycle air con keeps the rooms warm in winter.

Has everything you need for an overnight stay. Owners very friendly and check-in was a breeze. Checkout via more-than-easy locked cabinet out the front which I dropped my keycard into as I waltzed out to my car in their dedicated carpark.
Additionally, had a shared kitchen at the end of the hall, which is more than most at this price.

The motel is in a great central location, near the centre of town, close to shops and restaurants. There was also free parking at the back. The actual room was a bit cramped.

At $15 to $25 cheaper than elsewhere and 5 star ratings being given by reviewers, booking here was a no-brainer. It's not, however, a luxury 5-star resort and is in need of some mainteance (the roof of the ensuite in my room had peeling paint, for example). It's basic - but basically very comfortable, quiet, clean, with comfortable bed and helpful people running it. It's also in the centre of town, which most other motels in Cooma are not. I'd certainly stay here again.

You get what you pay for and this is exactly that, we were just passing through for the night and went on the cheap accommodation road, if we were to stay longer in Cooma we would definitely pay more for better quality.
