I stayed at Home2Suites because I was attending the 50th anniversary of my graduation from college. On Thursday i attended an event on campus and received my graduation stole and a university poncho. Someone cleaned my room on Friday and removed those items. I had to re-purchase another stole. The hotel has promised to make an adjustment to my bill BUT I would have preferred not to be inconvenienced as I was. Other than this incident, the staff was friendly and the hotel was more than comfortable.

The blow dryer was missing from the room our first morning. Didn't have time to call for one and wait. One was brought to our room while we were out for following day. The coffee maker could not be used in room, was filled with what looked like black slim or mold. Was clean and bedding comfy.

Our check in was very quick and easy. Our room was very clean and well stocked. We did hear people in the halls a few times, but not enough to wake us up. The linens were clean and the bathroom was also clean. The room has a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge along with minimal items to heat up food and eat if you so choose. The pool area was clean. We had no issues with the functionality of anything in the room. The continental breakfast had hot and cold options - omelets, sausage biscuits, hash brown triangles, egg bagels with cheese, oatmeal, and make your own waffles. There were your normal cold options too - bagels, toast, cereal, and hard boiled eggs. The hotel is within walking distance of the mall, however, I would choose to drive over there just because of how busy the road is. We were visiting the Air Force museum/Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and Wright Brothers sights and the hotel is within about 20 minutes of all the sites. There are also plenty of dining options around the area.

Max was really helpful and pleasant throughout the check in process.
The breakfast selections were fantastic, staffs kept all breakfast items well-stocked and refilled everything quickly as they ran out.

Everything was good. There was a woman at the front desk I’m not sure what her name is but she works in the morning at breakfast time and she was rude. My 4 year old son made a mess at breakfast which I was going to take care of after I was done feeding by 4 month old baby but she kept giving me and my children and nephew a dirty look. And when me and my kids and husband and my uncle were heading back up to the room she immediately came walking to the table and started spraying cleaning spray onto the table and ended up spraying some on me as well.

The pool was not functional, had to go over to ok there motel to swim which was not safe had to walk across parking lot we went in January so it was very cold,

The hotel was wonderful for our family of 6. The suite was great, the breakfast was wonderful. Our only bummer was that the pool was out of service and we had to go across the street to the neighbor hotel pool. We would definitely stay here again

This location is perfect for anyone looking for shopping and entertainment. The room was fairly clean and comfortable. My only issue was the hair found in the bathroom. Other than that, I enjoyed the stay.

It was VERY clean and quiet. Very good customer service checking in. Check out was ok as well rep appeared to not be feeling well so not quite as pleasant, but still did ok and understandable. We ate dinner at BJ's and it was excellent!! Would definately stay again and recommend to others.

Everything was great. The only problem we had was with the tv channels. Whatever service provider was to be had was inaccurate in channels. Could have been a problem if a child thought they were going to watch "Bluey" and ended up seeing "Fifty shades of gray" instead.

The front desk staff was very good at communicating we had to wait a few minutes after check-in time to get checked-in but the staff were so attentive that did not affect the way i felt about the hotel due to the staff being so nice.

The hotel was very clean and up to date. Breakfast was an added bonus. We were in town for an event and had previously booked another hotel but that place was very dirty. We were very happy to find a room available and plan to in the future look for this hotel in the area in which we are staying. Wasn't expecting an entire mini kitchen but was very pleased. 10/10 recommend!!!! Everything was super clean and nice.

The only area this place is lacking in is breakfast, but at least it’s offered and free! The hot food options just weren’t my favorite but overall this place is great. I will definitely stay here again if I’m Dayton!

Love this hotel for Family Weekend at UD. The kitchen and fridge are great for prepping and storing food for the tailgate.

My only issue was the shower head, really low pressure made it hard to wash off soap.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We had a king bed and our son used the pull out. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet.

I would have loved to give this 5 stars. However, I couldn't bring myself to do so. When I arrived to the hotel, I checked in. I was informed that my reservation was canceled. I informed those helping me that I did not cancel. The workers lookec into this and said somehow they were canceled at 3:00am that morning. Luckily, they were booked and ended up finnagling reservations around to fit mine back in. Once in the room, my friend went to close the blinds and part of the hardware (heavy metal) fell down and almost hit her! Luckily it didn't! Other than this, my stay was great! Very quiet and clean rooms!
