Bathroom had mold in corners, Bed was clean. As the name implies, Cheap accommodations

The room was clean, but the building was run down. There was no coffee pot in the room. The shower did not want totally right. The room smelled like smoke. The carpet had Burnt spots and stans in it.

Staff was very accommodating

The room smelled like weed. The room looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. There were biological stains on both the bed and floor. The staff was less than helpful. I would never go stay there again.

Decent place to get some rest. On the Expedia website it says pastries and coffee available but there is none. First night there was no coffee maker. Got one the second night.

It was awful.

Room was dirty, there were rags left in the room, there is and was all sorts of garbage on the floor... I would tell you not to go there. This is at most a $30.00 a night motel. DISCUSTING.

The Staff were excellent, however, the property needs some work. Probably can’t do much about the trains sounding off throughout the night, but they could cut the grass, fix the ice machine and fix the keycard system so that the Staff don’t have to let you into the room.

Overall mostly clean, quiet, and comfortable. Pillows very flat. Check-in was very slow. Some maintenance issues-- big leak: water dripping heavily through the ceiling above the tub in room 109 when the room above used their shower. Ice machine empty every time I tried to get ice-I mentioned it to staff, came back several hours later, and nothing had been done. Very dated, but acceptable for a night's rest.

It is a very old place that has seen its days. Smoke stains on walls, broken fixtures, very noisy bathroom fan, loose toilet, stained carpet and strong order of cigarettes' in the room and near by while walking in and out. This place may be suitable for certain people, like construction workers, due to economy, location and easy highway access, for those who just need a shower and a clean bed. The bed and the linens were clean and pleasant. I am unable to recommend this place for any families traveling with children.

It was really stuffy the shower looked ran down

they had bed bugs and roaches … and i got ate up

Hotel staff was friendly. Room was small. Very clean. But hotel is in bad need of renovation. Very old

This place is truly in the middle of nowhere Alabama. I stopped here for the night on my way home. This was definitely not my destination. The problem with the location of this hotel is there aren’t any restaurants or convenient stores located anywhere nearby. I had to drive almost 8 miles to the nearest gas station in order to buy snacks for the night. The good thing about this hotel is that it is nice and quiet. For some people it may be too quiet. The service is ok. The bed is nice and soft. You should get a good nights sleep here. The forest and scenery from the hotel is pretty nice to look at as well.

I booked the room with Expedia beforehand & checked in about 7pm. I was surprised to find the price was actually cheaper than i i initially thought i was paying. The next morning i am awoken to maintainace BAMMING on my door (i still have 2.30 hours left ti check out) he says he needs to check the bathroom. I wasnt fully clothed so i asked him to wait. I begin walking into the bathroom & immediately noticed the floor is soaking wet presumably from water running consistently. All of my personal belongings were completely wet. He came in and checked it and said he'd be back later😐so im assuming the problem was known prior to my visit. I decide ti book again for the day thinking I'd just book the same thing. The manager was first VERY UPSET about me even paying the price i paid saying they no longer charged that its not more. I ppaid about $58. (👌great deal) bc it chraged my card 72$ online. So i asked him since my things had gotten wet could i just book it for that same price and mive rooms. He said absolutely not. i want 74$. I reluctantly paid it whice was anout 20 more than i paid they day before. I was then moved to another room. i began to see roaches maybe one or a 2 or first then they started to become more noticeable. Crawling on the pillow & tables. i called housekeeping to come spray my room she did. i didnt make much of a fuss afterwards. I got into the bed after i felt safe enough to. im laying watching my phone. a roach runs across the side of my face

Rooms were very outdated and I horrible condition. Ceiling was falling down in the shower of our room.

Only sleep is what I got out of it.

Staff was very friendly. Room was cleaned daily and towels replaced. (We stayed 3 nights). Good location and beautiful view from the hotel. Room was supposed to be non-smoking but had strong stale smoke smell. Washer and dryers were out of service also.

This is an older motel but close to a lot of things we were interested in.

Multiple issues in the room. The bathroom was a wreck. I was not able to check in when I arrived at 7o’clock and still had to wait for an extra 40 minutes. Because they didn’t have any of the rooms ready and we’re trying to get caught up still this was in the evening. Also it was loud there were unruly people in the parking lot. That is a terrible location and an even worse stay

It was a good place to stay with a great rate. Close to top trails atv park and not far from down town.

What was unique was getting the tv remote through a slide windown during check in.

Great customer service. The only issues we had were bathtub handle poured water all over the floor & the toilet runs contious unless you play with the handle. We also had no sugar/sweetener for coffee & we had no idea where the ice machine was located.

The check in was slow and required multiple phone calls. I had to stand outside. The room was not made up and the tv was disconnected. Very poor hotel choice.the door wouldn't even lock.

Check in then checked out after a couple of hours later. Air conditioner did not work, toilet didn’t work room stank. Glass in parking lot. Pictures of hotel on internet did not give true appearance. If I were your company I would remove that hotel off your list.
