We were visiting family and stayed for a week. It was a perfect location between the kids in salt Lake Valley and Utah valley. The hotel is very very basic. We had a king size bed. The room was surprisingly large. There was no dresser in the room, one night stand, a rolling computer desk, a short table you could put things on and a refridgerator. No microwave. Had to ask for more than 2 towels and pillows. But they were gladly given. The bathroom had a small sink and a 6' x 6" board to set things on. A lot of kids in the pool and hot tub. No quiet adult hot tub! Coffee, tea and hot chocolate always available. Breakfast was adequate. I don't like living out of suitcases on the floor, especially for a week, but for a1 night stay, it'd be fine. I doubt we'll stay here again. But it was friendly and well kept. The pool table was an added bonus!

I find Tru just one step up from Motel 6. Beds were cheap and uncomfortable. Wish I’d stayed at the Hampton for the same was listed at the same price.

I stayed for two days to attend the wedding of a dear family friend. Overall I had a great experience. My observations include that the shower stall in the bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked it to be and the towels were a little worn. Also the pillows on the bed were a bit worn as well. However, the service was friendly and the room was comfortable.

SO STINKING NOISY!!!!! The walls are thin and you can hear everything, especially the freeway all night long!

Very nice hotel

The room was dirty, floors were sticky, hair left in the shower and on the floor when we checked in. The fridge was full of to go food from the previous people. The pool floor was dirty and had toe nail clippings and food on it. Lots of hair in the pool. All of the staff was super friendly and nice though!

The hotel was nice, breakfast was great. We just didn’t have any towels in our room and our room didn’t come with a shower curtain which wasn’t very inconvenient we also needed a microwave but couldn’t find one In The room. Other then that the hotel was great

Modern, clean decor with a family friendly and inviting tone. In the lobby we saw a pool table, board games, snacks to purchase, various laptop and sitting areas with charging stations. Hotel looked new with friendly staff and clean, modest pool/hot tub. Stayed with entire 6 person family and booked two separate rooms that the staff positioned right across the hall from each other. Teenagers in one room, little kids and parents in the other. Double queen rooms were on the slightly small side but didn’t affect our happy stay because the mattresses were good quality and the room was modern, very clean. In the morning we all enjoyed the make your own waffles with multiple customization options. It was only for one night and booked for its close proximity to thanksgiving point. As a Mother and frequent traveler this hotel checked all my boxes as a hotel I would happily return to: Modern, semi-luxurious, clean, multiple activities within the hotel (board games, pool/hot tub, pool table) enjoyable breakfast, comfortable mattresses, and fun for even hard to please teens. Thank you!

Always love the Tru vibe - the playful theme all over the hotel - whiteboards listing things to do, quiet nooks for reading, hanging basket chairs, pool tables etc.

It was a short stay for a long family trip. The lady in the checked in was very warm and pleasant. We love our stay during this holiday.

Better than average hotel, kind of sparse on amenities. Staff did not refill an item after requested. Otherwise, the staff was great. Recommended a great restaurant. Rooms are only cleaned every other day.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were all very friendly and made us feel welcome every time we entered. Everything was bright and clean, room was nice, bed super comfy. And one of the staff asked me if there was anything that would make our stay better. I said hot tub could be a bit hotter, and he made sure it was for us that night! Can't say enough good things about this hotel!!

The map in my reservation gave the wrong directions but luckily we passed it on the highway. The hotel looks new and the people were nice. It would have been helpful for the parking to be closer to the front door.

This is what I experienced there. 1. They have a very nice pool and nice board games. 2. Very pleasant lobby and good breakfast options. 3. You can spend time in the lobby playing board games or having conversations if it's snowing too heavily or you don't wish to go out. 3. Very clean and thanksgiving point close by. 3. I like Lehi personally, so I like the neighborhood. 4. Not for extended stay. 5. No microwave in the room. 6. Walls are thin. Can easily hear conversations and footsteps in close by rooms. 7. Rooms are a little small as well.

So convient to the shopping and easy to get back on the freeway very nice staff

I loved the staff. They were always kind and willing to help right away. The breakfast was good. I liked the lobby and the open welcoming atmosphere it had. We enjoyed the nice big TV. We didn't even hear any of our neighbors it was quiet. The pool was nice and well kept. The whole hotel was always stocked. Whether that was tea in the lobby, breakfast or towels in the pool. I never had to ask for anything. The staff was always on top of it. Thank you for a great stay.

Check in was easy, the staff was very kind, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was yummy and fresh and check out was smooth. I like the noon check out time and the friendly staff.

No coffee maker in the room

I needed a temp place to stay in Utah and it worked out great. Actually really comfortable and the price was reasonable

I was in town visiting family. It was a short stay but TRU was a great choice for me to stay. Everything went well with check in. Clean, organized and very friendly. Located in a great and very convienent location.
