After a long day, you want to go to your room with fresh beddings. But the bed was not made even if I specifically told the cleaning lady. The front desk lady on Friday night kept on saying that she was not there and not her fault. Next time, tell the front desk and concierge. Be sure to get the name.
Breakfast was good and the ladies were nice.

This location was as close to perfect as possible. From the room to the service it was extremely comfortable. The only thing that the bathroom did not have a exhaust fan but other than that, amazing!

I was on business. And I’m the evening the other guest seem to be very loud. The stomping. It felt more like they were doing jumping jacks. Walls are thin. At 1 am a couple were arguing in their room and I can hear everything

Clean hotel from the exterior to the interior of the room. Downside to our trip that no hot breakfast not being available was due to their “oven is out of order”.

The overall stay was good but the part that was not good was the hot meals for the continental breakfast was out of service which left carbohydrates for breakfast.

The staff at the Holiday Inn Express was kind and efficient. Check in was easy and the room was nice. I liked the Dove products in the restroom, the large mirror to get ready with an additional stand in the corner, and the comfort of the beds. The continental breakfast truly hit the spot. Everything was well stocked and tasty. I'm also happy there was many handicap parking spots.
I do wish it was more affordable though but I'll return if the price is right.

Felt safe and well maintained. Were a few spots in the hotel room that were dirty. Probably was just missed while cleaning but other than that everything was great. Food, staff, amenities 10/10

My mom and I went to the casino for New Year's. We had a great time. I didn't want to drive an hour back home. So, I got a room for us at the Holiday Inn Express -Murrieta.
The price was right, and our room was very nice. The hot breakfast the next day was
also excellent. The staff was friendly. I will stay at this location again. 👍👍

I love that check out was 12:00 pm, breakfast was delicious, everything clean including windows in ur room.staff greet u soon walk through doors.I will definitely come and stay again and tell others about this place.

It’s in a very convenient location, close to the freeway and waking distance to shopping, restaurants and movie theater. All staff were very friendly! It included breakfast too which made it very easy to get going in the mornings. There’s also a coffee place right across the parking lot with very good food if you want to skip or miss the breakfast times. It was a very easy and convenient place to stay!

Property was very clean and close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, and activities. The staff were very professional, and accommodating. Parking was plentifull and the area was pretty quite. I would stay at this hotel again in the future.

The property is clean and housekeeping was outstanding! We stayed for a week and there was some confusion about the days. I received multiple phone calls interrupting my vacation and enjoying my grand baby’s. When the property already had my credit card but when we returned my room key no longer worked and our things were still in the room!
I felt as we were criminals! Where did customers service go? I travel often and this was the worst experience!

When we arrived our room was next to the open freeway. I requested a month in advance for a room not next to the freeway. I immediately called the front desk to request to be moved to another room and was told all rooms was booked. We checked in earlier enough to be moved to another room. We heard nothing but freeway traffic during our entire visit. And of course worse at night. I will never stay at this hotel again we felt like we were sleeping in our car and just pulled off the side of the freeway to sleep for the night. Never ever again will I stay at this hotel.
