I was unable to check in due to the fact that the hotel had a power outage

The hotel had a musky smell to it, my room was the same. Ac was not very good.

It is true not too many pools are warm wnough for my underweight condition but im always eager to try by choosing hotels with pools. For part of a day the pool was found to be shut down for part of a day but was running later. Commendable. I coujdbt warm up after tge pool dip as well with whats becoming frequent in multiple stste hotel stays and that is tub/shower water is not much warner then luke warm.

The lobby has an unpleasant smell when you walk in from outside. In my room, there was a constant windy noise all night that made it hard to sleep. I ended up using earplugs to block it out.

The hotel overall was good, only problem was the hot water was not functioning. All we got was cool to warm water.

The first night, the hallways and elevator smelled horrible. The cleaning crew probably used a dirty mop. The floors were sticky along with dirty carpet.

It worked out great for a place the night before an early morning tournament. When leaving the room we thought we did a once over but didn’t noticed anything. A few hours later we get a phone call and it was the hotel letting us know there were rings left in the room. Thank you so much for your honesty.

Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Lobby area was clean and smelled nice. The room was clean but had a weird smell. Pillows were okay but were a bit uncomfortable.

Renovations down the hall. Window view was blocked by big metal gutters. Bed was very firm. Shower head needed to be replaced as some water flow was blocked possibly by hard water. Blackout curtain had gap at bottom of window that let light in when the sun came up.

Everything was wonderful except the TV was not easy to find the programs that you would like to see. The hotel does not provide a TV list. You have to figure how to actually work the TV . The remote is very plain, numbers, volume and a mute button

Amazimg the night staff was very helpful .. i never slept in a hotel bed that was so comfy pool was little chilly but thats to be expected due to weather temps but over all the best hotel ive stayed in in a long time breakfast was excellent wide variety of food and drinks..

Didn't get to stay there, the check in manager and i exchanged words due to me filling out paperwork even though i had reservations. She canceled me and told me to stay somewhere else and leave the premises.

The beds were uncomfortable to the point my fiance, her kids, and my back were hurting. The indoor pool room AC was set to 67 and the pool was freezing. We choose your hotel mainly for the pool and could not use it.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay, is clean, is very beautiful and the kids loved it, and is across the Mall, amazing experience.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. It’s was a handicapped accessible but it was on the 4th floor at the end of the hall furthest from the elevator.

There is a strong foul odor throughout the hotel making it hard to breathe. The desk attendant said there had been a broken pipe and that’s what is causing the smell.

The young lady checking in was pretty slow and she was the only one working. There was clearly some work being done so you could see tape and paper on the floor and etc. When we got to our room, the hallway smelled like wet, moldy carpet. The shower temperature did not get hot just warm. I would not stay here again. We ended up just leaving.

Really new and clean property, one of the nicest La Quinta's I've ever stayed at. Very friendly staff and nice rooms. Very close to the shopping outlets and lots of dining options nearby.

I've had several repeat trips over the past several months and elevator is still out of order on my last trip it appears that somebody is doing auto maintenance in the parking lot they need to have better parking lot supervision from people who take double slots

Hotel did not have a working dryer. Hotel dryer has been out for six weeks. Hotel elevator has been out for multiple weeks. Breakfast was the same every day. And it was not a good hot breakfast. Manager is not involved in day-to-day operations. There was multiple plumbing issues in the building and a strong smell of human or dog poop, throughout the second floor, near the stairs and the elevator. None of the employees nor the manager would come up to smell the issue. I would avoid this property.

Indoor pool is NOT heated. Expedia stated that indoor pool was great, hotel manager wrote on Mar 19 that the pool was heated, and that was a reason to choose this hotel for us. This is misleading information that Expedia and the hotel must attend. Besides the pool, the hotel is in good condition and the service was efficient.

Very nice, new La Quinta but I was disappointed I was not made aware of the $25 per dog fee until our arrival. We usually choose La Quinta for their free pet friendly policy but this was frustrating to be charged extra without notice from Expedia or the hotel.
