A gorgeous property, private and quiet. Wish we had more than 1 nite but happy we were able to book that. Excellent communication with Yvonne the Estate Manager and she met us at the property when we arrived. Our suite, the native suite was so spacious and beautifully decorated. We had a door out to a private patio and from there we explored some of the amazing property. There is a large living room/lobby and dining area with all kinds of coffee and teas plus little snacks. The inside pool is just amazing too. We were impressed to find a thank you note from Yvonne and a complimentary bottle of red wine! Everything needed was supplied including a mini fridge in our suite. We hope to stay in the future for more than 1 nite!!

Beautiful quiet out of the way location in NM hills with large rooms, great facilities and view overlooking beautiful valley and hills.

I travel for leisure quite a bit and this is probably one of the most amazing places I’ve stayed! The whole house is absolutely beautiful! The view is amazing. All the rooms come with everything you can think of and are beautifully decorated and comfortable. Yvonne is so sweet and accommodating. My only regret is I couldn’t stay there longer. Side note do not use Apple Maps to find this place it will take you to the wrong place in the opposite direction. Google maps got us there with ease!

I was only here for 12 hours and wish I had been able to stay there much longer. Amazing place and so peaceful. Beautiful inside and out. Hope to stay again now that I know of this place.

Absolutely amazing. Hosts, property, location, comforts, coffee :), Yvonne, Mateo, and Atlas are doing something special up there! Convenient to Arroyo Seco (art and food), Taos proper (more art, more food), hiking, ski village. OR just stay on the property and relax.

This place is a total gem! My fiancé and I were passing through Taos on the way to Santa Fe and we were very pleasantly surprised by our stay here. Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, and impressive rooms filled with character. We also had our dog with us who enjoyed puppy treats from the snack bar. The presidential suite is absolutely fantastic and huge. We ended up staying an extra night and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Cielo :)

Such an amazing place outside of Taos and surrounded by nature. Yvonne (site manager) and Atlas (doggy companion) we’re amazing hosts that made us feel right at home. We will be back again as soon as we can. We loved it so much!

All I can say is WOW! What a gorgeous property! We booked the Presidential suite, which was absolutely massive. The views were breathtaking, hot tub relaxing, and our suite was perfectly clean. We loved the patio for drinking wine and stargazing.

Amazing setting, amazing property, amazing property manager!

I travel tons and very rarely ever post a review—but Cielo Taos, stands up to its name—heaven. The high wood beams, the deep seated bath tubs in front of the picturesque views all lens to the serenity of the property. Yvonne and Mateo were extremely responsive and accommodating. Loved the fire places (in and out doors), the beautiful night sky and the coffee/tea and snack bar…the location is beautiful and simple, I’d return again and again!!

Incredible property. Even though it was a little off the path, a 20 minute drive to either Taos or the Ski Valley made it convenient for my work needs and the pool and hot tub were perfect for my downtime. WiFi was strong enough to get reports handled; it was quiet and free of distractions...I wish I could have spent more days there! The management team were available and gracious. This will be my first choice when I stay in the future. We are already planning a group excursion to take full advantage of the 30 acres on property!

We had an amazing stay. The photos online really don't do this beautiful property justice. There are three suites in the main house and a separate guest house that individual groups can reserve. The host Yvonne was so warm, welcoming, and accommodating. We were greeted with a warm fire and given a tour of the property. Will definitely be back

Cielo Taos is an absolutely wonderful home and great hosts. We stayed in the guest house and loved the peace and quiet and wonderful sunrise through the living room window

We had a wonderful 3 day stay at Cielo Taos, which is a beautiful property with lovely views. The caretakers of the property, Yvonne and Mateo, were very friendly and accommodating to our every need. We enjoyed learning about the history of the property, hiking the grounds, having coffee on the outdoor covered patio (with a chimenea fire), swimming in the awesome indoor pool and visiting with the caretakers and their sweet puppy. The bed was very comfortable and the room heaters helped keep the suite warm during the cool nights. The property is within a short drive to Arroyo Seco, where we enjoyed some great food. Also not far from some beautiful hiking and Taos downtown area. We highly recommend and plan to return in the future.

This is an amazing property! Cielo Taos exceeded our expectations, very quiet and peaceful.

I can’t say enough good about this place. They only bad thing is the a/c when turned on is extremely loud. Other than that it’s a 10/10.

We booked the guest house for 4th of July weekend. We didn't want to leave! My husband and I had one bedroom and my sister had the other. The grounds are beautiful, the setting is so nice and quiet. The guest house exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is fabulous, nice and open to the dining area and living room. The bedrooms are generously sized, the 2 bathrooms are really nice. There is artwork everywhere, as well as coffee and tea, and snacks. We didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting. The patios also looked inviting although we didn't use them because it was monsoon season and things were a little wet. Our host, Yvonne,greeted us on arrival and was super nice and friendly. We will definitely go back!
