I will never stay here again!! The heat was never fixed and my room was cold the entire stay. Bathing was excruciatingly cold. The television also did not work properly when trying to cast. Finally, my food was also unpalatable but my cappuccino was good.

Very kind and friendly staff and the facility is clean and well maintained. The room I stayed was very nice but affordable too.

We booked this hotel given the reviews and proximity to the Milano Centrale train station and metros (about a 5 minute walk to either). We booked The Studio with king room and stayed in room 102. We arrived a little early and were able to check in since our room was ready, thus didn't need to take advantage of the complimentary luggage storage at the front desk. The room was clean and a great size, as was the bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet; very suitable to our needs for our 2 night stay in Milan. There was a mini fridge with complimentary mini-bar items in the room. The warm air and AC both worked wonderfully in the room. There was a restaurant in the lobby offering breakfast and dinner, but we only trailed the restaurant one evening prior to dinner when they were offering their light fare menu. The food was okay...grilled chicken came out medium rare (didn’t eat for obvious reasons), but the remainder of the food was delicious. try. There were many restaurants nearby, and the convenience of the metro being nearby would make us consider staying here again. Our only complaint was the terribly slow wifi, unsure if it has anything to do with the hotel being the bottom half of a luxury apartment highrise...Check out was quick, only needing to pay the nightly city tax. The hotel was decorated for the Christmas season during our stay, which was lovely! We did not have a vehicle thus cannot comment on the hotel parking. Of note, there is an Aldi store nearby!

Simply perfect! Amazing! Best hotel in Milan! The room is perfect, the staff are incredible, the bar is amazing! I will be back many times for sure! The only thing I didn't like was the housekeeper entering the room unannounced, on a very early Sunday, and I was changing after a shower. Only later did I notice that the housekeeping signals were outside the room. But never mind, the best hotel ever!

Location was convenient if you use train or bus. However, not from the airports

Great two night stay here. Location was convenient for transport and walking into the city centre and Duomo. The service was excellent and super friendly (Elena at the front desk is a star and the perfect host). The free hotel room mini-bar was stocked with non-alcoholic drinks which was a welcome bonus. Thank you also for our room upgrade. I’m sure we’ll return soon.

Would stay again in a heartbeat. The hotel and room was clean, bright, modern and comfortable. All at a great price. Ideally located for the central station too. Didn’t eat out in he area but looked like o could have. Thank you for a great stay!

Love this hotel! Our large room was clean and comfortable. Great location, many restaurants (Mamma Maria is a must), shopping and train within walking distance.

My wife had an accident and couldn’t walk and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. They gave us a wheelchair for the duration of our stay and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. We originally booked a room with a view but they suggested a wheelchair accessible one. My wife said the original one would be ok and when she found it wasn’t they moved our stuff with no problems to a room with a wide short etc. The staff were all great couldn’t have been better !

New hotel with clean rooms. Bonus* Minibar was included and it wasn’t bad. 2 beers, juice and snacks. Not the most centrally located but not terribly far either.

Excellent state of the art property. Europe is so ahead to n technology oh, the USA is in the dark ages. Staff very friendly and helpful. Alice, Julia and all our stsy trabajando, went way and beyond to make unforgettable.

Nice clean property conveniently located about 0.3 miles from central train station. Walkable. I would recommend booking studio with city view on a higher floor. I didn’t really hear street noise. Staff was friendly and helpful. Extended my stay an extra day. I would stay again if revisiting Milan.

Beautiful clean room with very comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely big fluffy towels and huge walk in shower with nice complimentary body wash. Mini bar was included as well. Overall excellent stay and would return un the future.

Unfriendly and I accommodating staff

It was OK but the staff made several errors that bothered me, including housekeeping walking in one second after knocking (and I was getting into the shower) and they misplaced an item that was delivered to me (they found it 2 days later)

The hotel is modern, clean, and quiet. It's located close to the central train station where buses from the nearby airports stop. The mini-fridge had various beverages for free and were delicious after a day exploring the city. The espresso machine was also good. Overall a great experience and will consider staying again in the future.

Room was very spacious and stylish. Free minibar was nice. It would have been even nicer, if it would have been filled during our stay. If you want hotel near Central Station, this is excellent choice.
