I ALWAYS stay at the Holiday Express (at least once a month) for business. The free breakfast food is awesome, and the hotel is new and fresh.
Rooms are quiet and spacious. ONLY complaint is the room found dirty socks in the closet and used K cup in the Kuerig. Just a reminder - that someone else was there the night before. But I will be back

Our stay was okay. The pillows were uncomfortable. The bathroom needs to be updated. The toilet was so low. The lowest toilet I ever seen and the toilet seat felt like it was going to break. There was low water pressure in the shower and the tub was plugged. Took the water a long time to go down the drain. You had to stand in water while you were taking a shower. And I hated the dove liquid soap to wash your hands. Would’ve liked a bar soap. The lady at the front desk was friendly.

Very well cleaned, great staff and service. The only negative is the breakfast. Even though complimentary it was the "dry/powdered scrambled eggs and plastic like sausage" etc. For the price point there are considerably better real food complimentary breakfast at hotels in the area.

Ryan greeted my arrival with a big smile and a friendly hello. He was very kind and professional. I always stay here when I work in Milwaukee. It's clean and the beds are super comfy.

They deserve the 9 guest rating they have! Great price, clean, cookies & bottled water offered when checking in. I missed the breakfast, but it sure smelled good.

Your service booked us this room, only to find out upon arrival that the hotel had been sold out.
My family was traveling and needed accommodations due to a power outage in another part of town. Having to scramble for another option with 4 month old at 9pm on a Saturday is not the service I'd expect from you guys.

This hotel was phenomenal. Ultra clean housekeeping was awesome with replenishing of towels and things on our multi night stay. They had a full hot breakfast with eggs, breakfast meats, omelettes biscuits, and gravy plus assorted breads and bagels. Also had a pancake machine that was in good use. We use the pool, and it was temperature controlled to be comfortable. Front desk people were very welcoming and check in was painless.

I liked its location next to the health club. The only complaint i have is the noise from the central HVAC system (the room was quiet otherwise). However, I would certainly stay here again.

It's a beautiful hotel, I honestly have nothing negative to say, when I say everything is beautiful, everything is absolutely wonderful. I can't review the breakfast because I'm doing this review at 6am but I'm sure it's great too!

I had a heater that was set at 69 degrees which is too cold to shower with my neurological condition. The refrigerator was darn near warmer than the room. As the little bird says “cheap cheap cheap”!

Upon arrival, the front desk person was nice and professional as he greeted us. The beds were comfy and the warm breakfast was good! I would stay here again.

We loved this place. It was smaller than our last hotel, very clean, awesome breakfast, warm pool, a washer and dryer that we used, and the softest sheets ever! I was really happy to land here after a long trip. We stayed at another hotel and the kids asked if we can come back here next time instead of the other one. I totally agreed! I also liked the dove soaps and shampoos, they smell great. Lots of places to hang things in the room so we had places to put all our stuff. I would def stay here again, I thanked the staff for saving our trip!

Hotel was clean, and the rooms were supplied with the usual for a business traveler. Minimal amenities available in house. Coffee, yes. Decent breakfast buffet, but no other food service at any time. Instead hotel is located in equivalent of a strip mall--plenty of quick sandwich chains in walking distance & a great view if you love neon. No info on places to go or see in a city of several million.

Everything, breakfast could have had a better selection especially for the customers who don’t eat pork, but all in all it was wonderful the room was clean the bed was soft,. I didn’t like the pillows tho

We were in Milwaukee over night to view the Chinese Light Show so we didn't spend much time at the hotel at all. The time We did spend there, I rate this hotel 10 out of 10 Stars! Extremely clean and very comfortable!!! Complimentary Breakfast this morning was excellent!!! We will stay here again!!
