A hot tub would be awesome.

Hotel was clean and very nice. However for a family it’s the smallest room I’ve ever seen! No room to move around, no dressers, no storage, nowhere to put anything! I wish the room had a bathtub. The pool is so nice but way to much chlorine and no hot tub.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! Management and staff were an absolute nightmare. I have never left a negative review at any of the places that we visit (and we travel a lot) but this place is an exception. Our room has items that were non-functional and the staff acknowledged that they were aware of these issues but were not able to have anyone look at it, and recommended that we fix it ourselves. The receptionist was yelling at people constantly during our stay (whether that be kids or adults) instead of speaking to them nicely or addressing situations that were brought up in a professional manner. If you want a relaxing stay, do NOT book this place. It is a complete waste of money.

Quick overnight stay to attend a wedding in Monroe. The desk attendant was very nice attending to our every need.

Front desk checked someone else into our room and it took them forever to rectify the situation and get us a new room. Also lots of pot smells in the hallways

Our stay was perfect, the hotel was amazing as always as well as the staff. Juanita took care of us and so did Hotels.com when we had a mix up with our reservation right at the start. They did an amazing job. The pool was perfectly warm and clean as always. At breakfast this morning, our wonderful breakfast maker was so cheerful and friendly. She was a joy to be around and Cheryl was just as wonderful when we checked out. We love Tru by Hilton and will always stay with them as well as use Hotels.com for taking care of us while on the road. They came in for the rescue when the reservation needed fixed and between them and Juanita they fixed it quickly and had us comfortable in our room in no time.

It was the worst experience we've had traveling with my family anywhere. Staff (JAMIE) manager made our stay exceptionally terrible refusing to lower the Christmas music jamming under our room in the lobby keeping us up. Housekeeping walked in our room at 930 am asking us if we were staying another day? Checkout was noon. Unbelievable. Bathroom was broke. This place was the worst.... Sad, area is noe

Property was neat and clean away from the hustle and bustle. Had a great stay. Only minor complaint is the beds weren’t that comfortable. High in the middle and rolling off on the sides. Shower was wonderful though & very spacious.

I had never heard of the Tru hotel before so wasn't sure what to expect at such a low price.
WOW! I was amazed at the openness and great decor. Check in was quick and simple. Spacious parking. The room was the biggest surprise, The openness and minimalist really welcomed me. No large clunky dresser to get in the way, the portable computer table and chair was comfortable. The bed was soft and welcoming. No dusty drapes to open and close, a beautiful screen shade and a darkening shade was it. No germ filled carpeting, vinyl linoleum through out. The bathroom was large and spacious.

the lobby area has at least 4 large sitting area's all separate from each other for privacy. The even have a pool table there. So while the kids are in the swimming pool (warm water too) the dad's can be playing billiards or working out in the gym.

Great hotel. The staff was very friendly. The area is nice and quiet. The breakfast was ok. The room was clean and modern, the sink didn't really drain well. However, I would stay again.

Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Plenty to do on the premises and in the area. Breakfast was hot and had a good selection of options. Beds and pillows were awesome. Staff was friendly, informative, and professional. Very nice place to stay. Definitely look forward to staying again!

Selected King room and got 2 Queens in a handicapped room. On the phone with customer service for over 20 minutes. Was unable to change rooms, was only able to get credit on future reservations which I’m not sure if I will ever use this service. Very frustrating
