Great hotel. Had a bit of an issue with the air conditioning during my first stay but my second stay was great. No issues. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the accommodations are perfect. Also the food at the hotel is very good.

Very difficult to contact and speak to someone in English prior to arrival… so we were a bit concerned.
However it might be one of the BEST boutique hotels we have ever stayed at and we travel the world. I must mention ALICE at the front desk who booked for us two incredible trips with a very knowledgeable and perfect English speaking Charles & Ed the driver… couldn’t have been in better hands. Incredible nature and the Hotel Juma Opera the MOST BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY WITH A TRULY FABULOUS STAFF

No hot water. Ac broken. Stay somewhere else. Took a super cold shower today. NO FUN.

The Hotel Juma did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. A large group of us had dinner in the restaurant 1 evening with a violin and cello played in the background, highly recommend the food was excellent!
Food and drinks may be ordered and delivered to their rooftop swimming pool which we used several times during our stay.
Only negative their bar area in the lobby is quite small, although plenty of seating on the terrace.

Very lovely hotel, clean, comfy bed. Lacked a few little luxuries for an expensive hotel thought. No complimentary water, no robes etc... still very nice though.

Great place to stay. Staff are incredibly helpful and the location is excellent. They contacted someone to come to hotel and do COVID testing before our flight, immediate results. I'd say it is probably the nicest place in Manaus! Don't go anywhere else.

My son and I stayed here before and after a very rugged trip into the amazon. The staff were amazingly friendly and gracious with our language barrier. They helped to arrange tours and transportation, as well as gave us some great help with visiting Manaus. The food was great in the restaurant, and again the meal service was very good.
The location across the street from the opera house was close to most of the things we were doing in Manaus and the view was beautiful.
Lastly the room was perfect. There was a paid bar in the room with great items to purchases. The linens were high quality and everything was clean and sanitized.
Everyone was very clean and cautious with COVID restrictions. Overall this hotel was amazing and I would stay here ten times over!
