Visited Edmonton for a night and had an Amazing stay and the staffs were great as well. Great Hotel.

Room was not as clean as normal. When checking in Front desk said no kids getput on 5th floor...so then ai was excited to have a quiet week. Well the first kid arrived Tues night. Everything kids running, doors slamming, people being loud. Also the windows are very low quality, so you hear everything outside, all the time. Dissapointed in quality but overall would come back here if I had to, just not excited about comkng back. Survey ask about eco...but most hotels use dispensers in the room now, vs disposable bottles like this place does.

Very nice hotel. We rented a suite for more space. I was impressed with the high ceilings and layout. Much nicer then some of the smaller rooms we have stayed at in other hotels

Everything was great. The checkin process was quick. The room was clean and a comfortable bed. We didn’t have breakfast but it did smell delicious. We would stay again

Newer property with many amenities in the hotel and next to it with ease of connecting to a variety of roadways including the Anthony Henday.

Polite staff Very clean facility

Location was good for what we were looking for and the price was fair. Room ended up being perfect for what I wanted. However our room was not ready for a 3pm check in. Which in turn made us late for the Heritage classic game. We missed the first 10 minutes of the 1st period because we were waiting to get into our room. Our room was ready at 4pm and by the time our ride showed up and we got to commonwealth we were late!!! I had called in the morning and asked for an early check in, which we were told no because it was busy, totally understandable. So I asked if our room would at least be ready for the 3pm check in, as it was also confirmed on my reservation. I was told it for sure would be(it was not). I was offered a downgraded room from the suite(family room) I booked, but with NO partial refund on the price difference because I booked with Expedia. I asked for a credit if I took the downgrade, which I was told “unfortunately we can’t do that”. I declined the downgrade. I totally get that it was a busy weekend. However when my reservation says 3pm check in and I confirm that with you in the morning, I don’t think it’s very fair that we missed part of the game we spent a lot of money to go to. That game was the entire reason we were in town!!

Beautiful new clean hotel

My husband and I have just checked in, and our experience at this hotel is already exceptional. Jess has gone above and beyond in providing excellent service, making us feel genuinely welcome. The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable, ensuring our overall comfort during the stay. What truly sets this place apart is the warm and inviting atmosphere that greeted us the moment we arrived. Front deak staff Jess and Koy are incredibly efficient and ensure all our needs are met promptly. Also, since we are not that familiar with the area. Koy and Jess took the time to explain how St. Albert is a very nice, accessible place with a wonderful community, which added to our positive impression. Jess also provided valuable insights into the facilities and amenities of the hotel, which was a nice touch. We can't recommend this hotel enough. It’s a hidden gem that we're grateful to have discovered. Due to this wonderful experience, we just have decided to extend our stay by one more night.

Check in was great! When we got to our room we realized the ventilation system wasn’t working. We called down to the front desk to have someone come check it out. They came right away and because they couldn’t fix the problem they moved us to another room. They upgraded us to a suite which was great! Not necessary but super appreciated. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing! I would definitely come back to this location

Really happy clean spacious

My family stayed over the weekend at Hampton Inn & Suites in St Albert. The hotel and the staff are amazing, especially Ana. The location is great, it is close to amenities. The room is spacious, modern, and clean. We stayed in the 2 queen suite (includes a couch bed). This room is huge for 6 people. The bathroom is spacious and has a separate powder room. The beds and pillows are comfortable, we did not have any complaints. The breakfast was ok, there were a few choices. The dining room is clean and modern. Due to time limitations of our stay, we have not visited the pool. Ana was helpful and attentive to our needs. We will definitely stay again, and I recommend this place for you and your family.

This hotel is newer, so it is modern and clean. Unfortunately it has been constructed with thin walls. I heard substantial noise well into the wee hours of the night from the floor above and the room beside, not loud partying, but walking and TV etc. Also if you are bringing your pet, read the fine print. Pets are an extra $75 for 1-4 nights… so if you are staying only one night like we did, the room is close to 50% more expensive. A $75 per fee is well above the standard fee we typically pay.
