Excellent service and the room was spacious and comfortable. I was attending a two day conference at the hotel so initially chose to stay here for convenience but it actually enhanced the whole 2 days. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Despite it being so close to the airport I didn’t hear any airport noise which I was worried about.
Minor point that my room had no room service menu in it and I wasn’t sure where to get one from but honestly if that’s the only bad thing I can say then that’s saying something!

Online check in has no benefit as still had to queue for ages at the desk. No time saved. Car park is vast so could have better signage indicating the nearest entrance/exit via conference centre etc rather than having to walk all the way round. It’s quite easy to get lost.
Ordered room service that never came.
Air conditioning did not seem to keep the correct temperature during the night. Room was uncomfortably warm.
Superior room advertised espresso machine so I’d paid for an upgrade to discover there was only instant coffee.
Restaurant and bar is ridiculously priced, even for an airport hotel. The food and service were particularly disappointing. Waited at least 20 minutes for someone to even take a drinks order. An unreasonable amount of bones remained in my fish and the gnocchi was barely enough to feed a small child, never mind an adult male. I would have gladly given this feedback had our server cared to ask if our meals were enjoyable.
Could not cast own devices to TV as advertised - wasn’t working.
Called maintenance for broken door close - never arrived.
Positives…room was clean and spacious. Nice decor, though scuffed/worn in places.
Would not stay again.

Very close to the airport - no noise heard. Close to bus stop if wanted to get to the airport cheaply. Friendly staff on check in/out.

A lovely 2 night stay! The staff are friendly and helpful, facilities are good, food is tasty and good quality. I’ll be back. Just one issue- it’s almost impossible to speak directly with the hotel before you check in due to the automated telephone service. Such a shame!

While the reception and bar area look great, the LEDs constantly flicker which is rather nauseating. Food and drink is extremely expensive and extremely poor quality. Service was slow. Rooms are very tired and not particular clean. I come every year for a 3 day conference and am always disappointed. Wish they booked another hotel.

Middle of the road. Just stay at Ibis, or if the price is comparable stay at the Radisson Blu Edwardian down the road. The service and food are better. And the rooms are in slightly better condition, and they have better security.

the staff is rude and the room is not clean every time i have tk go outside my card is not working. so evertime even after work from room i have to come back to reception to get key recharge again which is bad experience for me i need refund.

Very easy to get to, and a very comfortable and clean stay. It was not over busy, food is decent and not too pricy.
my only complaint is the bust service was not running in the morning, and I feel they could have arranged some sort of transport for customers (paid or free) but instead I had to Uber.

Overall the property was fine except our room didn't get serviced we had to ask to have it done and when we tried to get someone to come to our room to clean up a broken glass it tool ages. Then when they did service our room they didn't even make or change the bed just pulled thedoo a up

The room was a little noisy from the Hvac systems. All night buzzing rather loudly which kept me awake. The restaurant served me cold pizza and had limited options. The gym and pool were lovely and the room itself was very comfy and spotless. Shower was broken.

It’s ok for the price, Small with no view and a long walk from the elevator. Last stop for hotel Hoppa before T2 and the Bus didn’t show.

Did not eat any meals at hotel as it was only 1 night and an early start for Heathrow, so cannot comment on this.
Despite a large carpark, if arriving late you may find no spaces remaining.

Nice hotel. The Hoppa Shuttle was nowhere to be seen (Not the hotel’s fault as it is run by Heathrow). It should have been a very quick shuttle journey to terminal 3. We waited 30 minutes and ended up having to take a shuttle to terminal 5 and the the underground. My advice is to book a cab from the hotel after you check in. It’s not much more expensive.

Beautiful sauna and steam room and decent sized pool. Friendly staff that walked me up to my room when my key didn’t work instead of just resetting it. Clean, great water pressure. Missed breakfast and I was refunded my prepaid cost. Close to airport. Room was small but all I needed. Would recommend!

The hotel is massive and also quite hard to get to from the airport. £12 in a taxi or wait up to an hour for the hotel hoppa bus. I booked a king and got given a twin. And call me soft but no biscuit either. The water is not that hot in the shower depending on the time you try and shower. The communal areas are of course lovely.

A good overnight before an early morning flight to USA. Excellent pizza for supper. Not Radisson’s fault but be prepared to book taxi to your LHR terminal as shuttle buses often arrive full!

The carpet was filthy in the room as well as the hallways. Bed was comfortable, water pressure was great, but don't look down. Its way past time to replace all of the carpets.
Also, be warned that some rooms are a 10 min. walk from the front desk. I was so tired when I checked in that the thought of walking all they way back to the front of the hotel for food was just not worth the hike.

However yesterday was entirety different
Greeted by dirty toilet in my room. No replt to front desk. After three attempts had to ho down to gront desk. Not acceptable

Staff was great. Product offered was terrible (sheets were stained, room was dirty, fixtures were worn-out). I understand this is an airport hotel, however, the quality of the room was that of cheap motel.

Just an overnite stay after long flight but all was great. Just a note for future customers. Once you get off plane at Heathrow do not wait for airport shuttle to transport to this hotel. Immediately order an Uber or get a taxi. We waited 2 hours before figuring that out.

Good hotel - comfortable with nice bar.
Handy food and wine convenience store within walking distance and bus stop to Elizabeth line close by too.
Hotel Hoppa does not service T4 but the shared uber option is good value.

My room wasn’t the cleanest, but had potential. The property was a little confusing to find since there is another in the same area… HOWEVER, the lady who check me in with the egyptian gold Goddess necklace was a pleasure! Her kindness and help definitely made an impact on me! I wish I knew her name but she was lovely!
