Enjoyed my stay

Room is too small for the price. New and clean facility. The front desk person was not that welcoming.

Place was as expected when staying at anything associated with Hilton. Had an issue with the airport shuttle and the hotel phones were down. I didn't expect anything, but they quickly made it right and we're very apologetic. I would definitely stay here again. My child also loved that they had a nice modern lobby area with pool table and other games.

I booked a double queen bed room, for 1 night. The room was nice & clean, the staff Saturday night when we checked in was nice & helpful. Sunday morning. That’s where everything went down hill. Our room was only stocked with 2 wash rags & 3 bath towels. We had 3 adults in the room, and said as much when we booked. Went down to the front desk to get extra towels & the first excuse was that housekeeping wouldn’t be in until 9 (it was 815, maybe!) took our room number said they’d deliver them. Went back again after 9, was told all the towels were dirty. We go to check out at 930 and see a housekeeping cart FULL of clean towels. Not sure the truth, but 2-3 towels for a double queen bed is not enough! I wasn’t able to use a clean rag (I used a hand towel) or towel after my shower. For that reason alone I will not return.

Nice, modern, clean rooms, although they are small. Nice breakfast. One really annoying thing is that an alarm in our room went off at 5:30am. They need to make sure alarms are initially turned off.

The room we were given was not ready for publis use. All the lamps were unplugged, several of them did not work. The room was for two people, but there was only one chair. Access to the property was terrible and dangerous. This was not the quality I am used to from Hilton.

Hotel room was dirty!!! The floor was not vacuumed, bathroom shower was icky, dirty, old. Bed was squeaking. Overall, terrible first impression.

Was ok...but I chose this property based on cleanliness rating...wasn't a big fan of the moth that was lacquered onto the floor with the guts of it smooshed all over nearby...it was about a half dollar size 3-dimensional pile of guts. No way someone cleaning should have missed it. Shade wouldnt shut so had to sleep with streetlights glaring through the window unless i wanted to get dressed again and ask for maintenance to come at 1 AM. So i say ok, but not great. Convenience to airport was excellent though.

The shower is in need of attention (glass shower door would not close because it was misaligned).

Room was clean. Staff friendly Breakfast very good. My room was missing the hairdryer, but housekeeping found one for me.

Room wasn’t the cleanest I’ve know for a Tru hotel. When we got to our room the door was cracked open which was odd but we just gone assume they just cleaned it. The bathroom shower had brown spots up and down in the shower. Soap dispenser was empty and TV wasn’t showing the best pictures and real fuzzing not sure if the antenna’s were messed up in the area or what. But this isn’t Tru hotel’s that I’m used to when we travel.

The lobby was super fun with hanging chairs and billards. Our room was clean and modern. The bed and pillow were very comfortable.

Close to the airport which made the perfect place to stay before flight. Was impressed with the hotrl. The rooms were clean and had all one required

Clean comfy rooms no complaints from our stay

Front desk not friendly at all. Our room was on 2nd floor and the floor above us sounded like they were rolling carts all over the floor, thumping sounds hitting the floor all hours of the night. Floors had not been mopped in a while and our dirty feet were so bad once in the shower the dirt began washing off...that's really how we could tell how dirty the floors were.

Not-so-good. Made numerous trips back and forth, when I was checking in, because the key did not work for the room. A very nice manager eventually came and changed the battery in the door so I could get in my room. Upon entering my room there was water on the window sill and a puddle on the floor. I was asked if I wanted to change rooms but at that point I just wanted to be done with this and stay in the room so I said I was fine. Went to relax and turn on the TV but it only got about 7 channels. I figured this could not be correct so I asked the front desk. After a few calls, on a phone that barely worked (it was very hard to hear anything over the static) of telling me to push number buttons on a remote that did not have numbers, I was eventually offered another room. I was going to ask for another room anyway as I noticed pieces of dry plaster all over the floor, which I did not notice earlier. When I checked into the next room there was a hair on the toilet, but I was so done with complaining (something I rarely do) that I just cleaned the room up and went on with my day.

Great stay as usual at Tru by Hilton, this time at the Knoxville Airport location in Alcoa, TN. Very friendly and accommodating staff!!!

Dogs next door to us kept us up all night jumping running Most other hotels that have dogs keep them on a separate floor way away from guest. Also halls way and elevator no air and was really hot

Room was small bed uncomfortable not much room to hang clothes price to much for what you received found other accommodation cheaper and better

Love this hotel. Have tried many across from the airport but this is my go to at Tyson-Mghee airport.

Nice, clean and quiet.

I did not like being placed in a handicapped room I did not like no room service

Thankful it was a quick and easy check in after 18 hours of flying
